"Gayatri which means a hymn or a song. When she cried it was like a song" The girl said making Siva look at her with an unreadable expression. She looked at him and raised her eyebrows nodding her head and handed the baby back to the mother.
The nurse wrote the nameasking them to spell it in the birth certificate along with the other details then left them alone. They both went out leaving the baby and mommy in the room for feeding. The girl turned to him "Thankyou so much if you hadn't come on time we couldn't have reached the hospital".
"If you hadn't reacted in time she wouldn't be alive" Siva said making her smile and extended her hand introducing herself "Saumya".
"Nice to meet you Saumya I'm Siva" Siva introduced himself giving her a handshake.
"What was that experession on your face when I named the baby?" Saumya asked and bit her tongue continuing "I'm sorry I ask everything directly to anyone's face".
"It's okay. That was my mom's name. She died when I was five years old" Siva said looking straight.
"I.. I'm so sorry. But I can say she must be proud of you" Saumya said making him look at her with a twitch of his lips.
