CHAPTER-37

"Why did you do this?" Saumya asked as tears formed in her eyes. Aari folded her arms smirking at Saumya.

"Oh...if it isn't the poor princess" saying she pinched Saumya's cheeks and wiped her tears continuing "You see this guy here blamed me all these years for the mistake I've not committed so I thought by marrying him I'll commit a mistake by seperating him from the second most person he loves and I'll get to be the empress don't you think it's a brilliant plan? One shot two birds" suddenly Aari face turned aside due to the slap from Sivanjani Devi.

"How dare you? Our family has been your feeders from generations and this is how you payback? This is betrayal this marriage is not acce-" The sound of damru sound cut off Sivanjani and everyone looked at Swamiji who entered the kalyana mandapam.

"Who are you to not accept their destiny Rajamata?" Swamiji asked with a smile.

"But Swami...she deceived us all, you very well know Saumya must be the bride" Shankar said anxiously.

Swamiji laughed "Aata kada ra Siva idi ni aata kada ra....well you all decided it is Saumya but Sivayya did what he planned and you do not have right to decide who is the wife of king it's him who should decide don't you think?"

Everyone looked at Siva who didn't utter a single word since past few minutes. He looked at Swamiji and then Aarya then took a deep breath turning to Saumya who has a smile on her face with tears in her eyes and held her both palms in his "You know how much you mean to me right? You are the person I loved the most after my mom. You are my first love . You'll be my first love untill I die but I can't be your husband. Sorry is the least word to use for giving you empty promises but forget me for myself" saying he kissed the back of her knuckles hardly which made everyone sad and some even started crying including Saumya.

Siva took a deep breath and left Saumya's hands and opened his eyes which were blood red and turned to Aarya who was looking at them. He took a hold of her hand and started dragging her with him while she was struggling to get free "What are you doing? Where are you taking me?"

"You wanted to be queen right? That's why you married me didn't you? But have you forgotten that in order to become my true wife we have to consummate our marriage too, so it's time you fulfill your duties as my wife. That's why, I'm taking you to my room so we'll start our married life" Siva dragged her forcefully making her eyes widen and started struggling more. By now they were already in the living room and she held onto the staircase stopping him.

"No... what's wrong with you? Leave me...I won't come with you. Leave me.." Aari shouted at him but he turned around and pulled her closer with an arm around her waist.

"Oh..baby....I didn't even start and you are asking me to leave already. What would you do by the time I would be done with you?" Siva asked making Aari breath hitch and panic struck her while he lifted her bridal started and went towards his room though she was struggling.
