This is the final chapter. Phew, finally finished. Its been 6 months of writing the story. And no, there's no sequel. I'm sorry. But I hope you guys enjoyed the story. I know some of you think Sonic looks like an anti-hero but its because he suffered from pain and misery, it makes him want revenge and justice to kill vampires that killed his parents. Like let's say part of your human soul is damaged by someone who took everything away from you and you feel alot of anger. But there's always love that can repair your human soul together so you don't have to suffer again.

It can happen to anyone who either had a traumatic past or a very rough life. And it makes them be forced to live with it. I know how that feels because I had to be forced to live with it too but I have ways to keep me sane, my family. So will the others too so they don't give into depression or misery. Just as long as they don't give up on themselves.

(Sonic's POV)

5 years has passed since I stayed with Amelia and her baby daughter Iris and that I became a new father to Iris and a new lover to my pink rose hedgehog. So far, I've been getting the hang of controlling my hunger for blood with the help of Amy's love keeping me sane. However, I come here at noon to see how she and Iris are doing and I always keep my promise to Amy's dead husband to make sure she and Iris are happy and living a life.

Right now, Iris grows up so beautifully like her mother each year and she's now nearly 6 years old. She did know I have fangs but I made a lie that my one of my 'ancestors' was married to a wolf which passed down to me to having wolf fangs. I didn't wanna tell her that I'm a dhampir until she's old enough to know the truth. But for now, I just want her to be happy.

"Daddy!" Iris saw me coming through the window.

"Hey there Iris. Missed me?" I picked her up.

"I always miss you, daddy." Iris giggled.

"Just like your mother, my little angel. Have you been a good girl all day with mommy?" I teased my cute little angel.

"Yes I am, daddy. Mommy always tells me I'm a good girl." Iris said.

"Glad to hear that. So, what do you wanna do now?" I asked her.

"Mommy made lunch for us, daddy. She's waiting in the kitchen." Iris said as I put her down and walked in the kitchen.

"Hi honey." Amy turned around and saw me and Iris.

"Hello darling. Sorry I arrived too early but I couldn't wait to see my lovely ladies all day." I said, referring to them.

"It's okay my darling. I've just finished cooking." Amy said and kissed my cheek.

"Mmhmm....how's our little princess doing at school?" I asked, taking a seat at the table with my child.

"Doing good. Getting new friends and playing tag." Iris said.

"That's my big girl." I chuckled.

"Some are jealous I got the best parents." Iris said.

"That's why mommy and I are raising you to be the best kid you are." I said, hugging Iris.

"You're our treasure." Amy placed the plates with our food on.

"Ah, steak and mashed potatoes. Good choice, Ames." I said and began to eat.

"One of your favorites, Sonikku." Amy sat down and ate with us.

After lunch we went to the park to let Iris play at the playground. Just like I remembered the first time we took baby Iris here.
