(Sonic's POV)
The sun was setting down and I thanked Amy for the wonderful day I had with her and her daughter. I also thanked her for letting me ask permission to take a shower since I needed one; and she also gave me a new black shirt that belonged to her husband Dexter since she saw the ripped marks on my old black shirt from when Dracula injured my back with his sharp claws.
"How come you didn't tell me your shirt had rips on the back?" Amy asked.
"I didn't want you to be worried but now you found out." I said and put on the new plain black shirt.
"Well you got no scars I see." Amy said, saw I had no scars on my back or anywhere on my body.
"Drinking vampire blood heals my wounds and never leaves scars." I explained.
"You're very lucky. In my world, people say that scars are like memories of survival." Amy said.
"Really? Because I just thought scars are like nasty marks on bodies that will remain forever." I said.
"True but scars heal and reveal anything. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had stretch marks on my belly but that reveals that it was my first pregnancy. The ripped marks on your old shirt reveals that you fought Dracula for the first time, even though you never got scars" Amy explained.
"Oh yes. And I'm sure he burns in hell now." I said.
"Yeah, but remember this, Sonic. Not every vampire is evil. They're just suffering from eternal misery and forced to drink blood from the living. I'm not sure if your vampire kind are like that but I just learn it from the movies." Amy puts her hand on my cheek.
"Well Silver, Shadow and my mother were the only kind ones. But there are mortal bad guys around the world too." I said.
"That's true. The world we live in is balanced between good and bad." Amy said.
"Yeah, just like I lived in hatred but your love and beauty saved me from terrible darkness." I said.
"Yes. So, what do you wanna do now?" Amy asked.
"Well, it's nearly sunset and my guardians are gonna be waking up soon. Don't you worry, Ames. I'll always come back every sunset to help you take care of our little baby angel. Someday I'll fit in the mortal world with you." I said.
"Thank you, Sonic." Amy kissed me on the cheek.
"And thanks for the shirt." I smiled and jumped out the window to head back to the woods.

I made my way back inside the old mansion and I see my guardians woke up from their coffins. Jeez, I don't know how vampires breathe inside those coffins. When I was a kid, I couldn't breathe inside the coffin because I had a pulse and a heartbeat. But they made holes on coffin lids for air to help me breathe.
"Hey guys, what's up?" I said.
"Well, since you avenged your parents but...." Silver paused.
"But what?" I said.
"You haven't avenged on who killed your father." Shadow said.
"Easy, it was vampires." I scoffed in anger.
"Yes, but one vampire, not all of them. We don't know who and your mother left us her bottle of blood. She said that blood carries memories and that one day when you're ready, you'll drink her blood to look deep in her memories of the incident." Shadow said.
"Looking into memories by drinking blood only works if your vampire ability has evolved. Vampires abilities takes them years to evolve. But your half side, probably longer but I think it should be evolved." Silver said.
