We all know or have encountered a pick me person, either they're male, female or neither, they are everywhere. And probably the worst types of people.
Naruto knows a pick me at his university. Sakura searches desperately for male validation and likes to put others down, which Naruto hates, and unfortunately, she is best friends with his boyfriend, Kakashi. Naruto dislikes her but still gives her mature respect because that's what you're supposed to do.
Anyways, Naruto bikes to college, slightly late as usual. But luckily his first period professors aren't that strict. Once he arrives, he takes a seat next to Sasuke, his best friend.
"Math beat me up and left me for dead in a dark alley." Sasuke sighs sadly. Naruto chuckles lowly.
"You look perfectly fine to me, drama queen."
"Whatever. I've worked my booty off. And what did math do? Nothing." Sasuke wipes his fake tears. Naruto giggled and rolled his eyes. They begin to do class work and wait for their second period. This class is with Kakashi.
Naruto hurriedly packs his things once the professor allows them to leave.
"Gosh, so eager to see your boyfriend." Sasuke rolled his eyes smiling. Naruto blushes.
"I just want to get to class." Naruto mumbled. He quickly walked to class, Sasuke trailing behind him. They walk in only to see that Sakura took his spot next to Kakashi. Naruto just pushed his thoughts back and went to the back of the class as Kakashi eyed him and winked causing a deep blush to appear on his cheeks. Throughout class Kakashi kept looking back at Naruto, but shortly after, Sakura would take his attention. Naruto really did try to be her friend. But she loves getting attention way too much.
"Looks like the pick me took your spot." Sasuke mumbled. Naruto nodded.
"It's fine tho. I'll see Kakashi after class." Naruto smiled. Sasuke shook his head.
"She'll probably find a way to hog his time again." Sasuke said. Naruto simply looked at the two again.
"I hope not." Naruto mumbled.
"You know she's "protective" over her male friends. Which really just means she wants them."
"Sakura doesn't want Kakashi." Naruto said, not even believing himself.
"The sad part is, she doesn't only want him, but every straight or bi, male friend she has. Gaara, Neji, Itachi, Obito, and me before she realized I hate her." Sasuke chuckled. Naruto shook his head.
"Stop it. She's just protective. They're like her brothers."
"Oh...incest huh?" Sasuke says. Naruto laughs loudly causing the class to look at him. Except the professor, who just didn't care.
"Sasuke..." Naruto laughed. Sasuke chuckled.
"I'm serious. She has to be into that sort of thing."
"Sasuke...literally stop talking." Naruto laughs.
"Okay class. Get out. You're dismissed." The professor says and they leave. Kakashi waiting on Naruto with Sakura by the door. Once Naruto and Sasuke exited, Kakashi instantly engulfed Naruto in a hug. Sakura simply stared with no expression.
"We should all hang out." Kakashi smiled. Naruto winced internally which Kakashi could sense. Meanwhile Sakura was ecstatic.
"We definitely should!" She agreed, "I'd be the only girl though." She grinned and blushed happily. Sasuke rolled his eyes.
