Fluff
Naruto is the Prince of Konoha. And he has to admit. He loves being spoiled rotten. But he wants more. Now, of course spoiled kids say that all the time, but he wanted something you can't buy.
Love
He knows. He tried to buy it. For he saw something in the Lieutenant of their military. And he went to the witch, to buy love.
"I don't sell love, dear. Not anymore." She says sadly. The last time she sold love, somebody was killed out of jealousy. So love was banned to sell.
Now, his mother would never allow him to be with a man. Especially not the lieutenant. But his father might.
Kakashi Hatake was wanted by everyone. But Naruto was confused on rather the Lieutenant loved boys and/or girls. For, that would change the fate of it all. But even so, if Lieutenant Hatake liked boys, Naruto didn't think he'd confess anyways. Naruto hates confessing.
Although he is the prince and everyone loves him, the Lieutenant might not want to be with Naruto just because he is a prince.
Maybe Naruto is being dramatic. Maybe Lieutenant Hatake is straight. And there is no hope for them- him. Naruto.
Naruto has never found any luck in love. So maybe his mother will arrange one. Or maybe Naruto should find love quickly before being forced. For example, the Hyüga family. He will be forced to marry Lady Hinata. Which wasn't that bad. But Naruto liked her cousin a lot more. Neji.
But even then, he still wanted the silver haired bastard. He didn't want to though. Naruto most likely had feelings for the silverret because he was the only one that wasn't obsessed with Naruto.
"Naruto, what are you doing in the kitchen?" Naruto's personal servant, Shikamaru, asks. Naruto looks over at him.
"I got a little hungry." Naruto says.
"Oh, you could get me to that. I'm your servant."
"No, it's fine. You should go see your family. It's Christmas." Naruto smiles. Shikamaru smiles too.
"That's why I came back. To get my jacket. It's exponentially cold outside." Shikamaru chuckles.
"Is it? I haven't been outside since last week." Naruto blushes deeply out of embarrassment. He had been doing nothing, so he had no excuse.
"Oh no, you should definitely go out." Shikamaru says.
"Okay, I'll just sneak out tonight."
"Be careful." Shikamaru chuckles and walks out after ruffling Naruto's hair.
"Okay, I will." Naruto says finishing his sandwich. He takes it to his room with a cup of apple juice. He sits on his bed. Staring at the wall. He has everything. But has nothing. He feels so empty. And the thing is, he's talked to this man about a few times. Yet, every time, Naruto feels something he's never felt about anything his father buys him.
Once Naruto finishes his last gulp of apple juice and last bite of his sandwich, he puts on his long gold cloak, and puts the hood on.
He opens his window and hops out. He lands on the pipe that transports rain water. He then jumps and hangs on to said pie and swings into the trees. Then he hops off of the branches and lands on the ground. Naruto walked through the Village. It was all so gorgeous. He walked along a very wide, concrete bridge. The black metal railings twisted upward to make sure that no one fell off. On either side of the bridge were cherry blossom trees. A whole grove. So close you can touch them.
The flowers were not bloomed since it was winter, but it was still so gorgeous. Naruto touched one. Carefully grazing it.
"What's a pretty one like you doing out here?" Naruto hears a man say. Naruto looks behind him and sees a man with a wooden walking stick, and an imprint of an 'X' on his chin.
