Naruto fluttered his eyes open softly and looked over to see Gaara in their shared bed, staring deeply into his facial structures. Naruto blushed.
"You're up." Naruto mumbles. Gaara smiles.
"Wanted to stare at you without you judging." Gaara smiles again. Naruto smiles back and sits up. He gets out of bed and goes into their bathroom. Naruto undresses and turns on the shower.
He steps into the sauna like room and feels the water prickling at his dry skin as he sighs in contentment. Sighing again, he washed up and dried himself off, wrapping the towel around his thin waist as he brushes his teeth. Naruto then exits to find his uniform. He goes into the closet to get it, still seeing Gaara on the bed. Just looking at him.
"You should look for a job today." Naruto mumbles. Gaara rolls his eyes.
"My mother's will has more money. I don't need a job. Neither do you." Gaara says hugging the blonde's bare body. Naruto rolls his eyes at the redheads ignorance.
"Whatever, Gaara. I have to go to work. So back off." Naruto says. Gaara sighs and steps away.
"You're mean." Gaara pouts. Naruto smiles and kisses his cheek after getting dressed.
"Stop being a baby. See you later."
"Bye bye." Gaara smiles. Naruto smiles back and leaves to work
Once he arrives he sees his best friend, coworker and work partner, Kakashi.
"Wow, I came after you. You're always late." Naruto raises an eyebrow.
"I only got here early so that I can leave early. I have a date."
"Oh no, tired of the pocket pussy I got you already?" Naruto asks pouting. Kakashi hits his arm.
"Shut up!"
"Who's the unlucky woman? Wait...does she know it's you?" Naruto asks.
"You're so rude. And she asked me out on the date, thank you very much. And I plan on getting lucky tonight." Kakashi grins. Naruto gulps, feeling a hurtful pain in his chest and heart. Like someone just stabbed him. He took a breath and played it normally.
"Must be getting tired of your hand, huh?" Naruto chuckled shakily. Kakashi frowned.
"What's wrong?" Kakashi asks.
Kakashi knew everything about Naruto. And vise versa.
"It's nothing. We should get to to work."

Naruto went back home after his workday. He basically spent 2 hours without Kakashi, which felt horrible. Naruto missed his relaxed and layed back attitude. He stepped outside and saw dark clouds roll in and a cold breeze settle on his skin. Naruto sighed and walked into his home. He saw Gaara cooking in the kitchen and smiled smally. He heard the shower running. Gaara always leaves water running. He's weird.
"About to take a shower?" Naruto speaks out of silence.
"Ah fuck!" Gaara shouted as the knife he held pierced the flesh of the skin on his finger.
"Sorry I scared you." Naruto laughed. Gaara chuckles nervously.
"What's wrong?" Naruto asks. Gaara smiles nervously and shakes his head. Then Naruto felt shivers run up and down his spine as he heard the water above him stop running.
"Gaara, who is up there?" Naruto asks demandingly. Naruto was scared, he liked Gaara. He didn't want to be cheated on.
"No one babe. I swear." Gaara replied taking Naruto's hand softly. The blonde swatted it away quickly and ran up the stairs. He entered their bedroom and into their bathroom. He felt those tears he attempted to hold back, fall out of his eyes mercilessly as he saw a man wrapped in a towel in the bathroom.
"W-why?"
"Gaara, who is this?" The man asked confused. Naruto felt bad for the man. He didn't know what was going on either.
"I'm his boyfriend. The other occupant of this house."
"I-I-I'm so-so sorry."
The man ran out the room. Naruto looked behind him to see Gaara with tear filled eyes.
"I'm sorry."
"Shut up." Naruto growls as he storms to the closet to pack up his things.
"No! Don't you dare leave me!" Gaara shouted as he aggressively grabbed Naruto's hand. Naruto winced as he was thrown to the ground. Naruto kicked until Gaara was at enough distance for him to run away. Naruto ran away and Gaara ran after him. Gaara pulled Naruto back by his hair, which made Naruto shout in pain. Gaara landed a punch to Naruto's face, then stepped away.
"Naru.."
Before he could finish, the blonde ran away quickly. He only thinks of one place to go. And he Hope's the silverret will answer the door. He got there and knocked hard. No answer. He sighed slowly. This day was too much for him. He felt himself cry. He wanted to stop the stream of the salty wet tears. But they kept coming.
Naruto stayed there in the cold drizzly environment until he felt himself sleep.

Naruto fluttered his eyes open slightly and heard a small argument.
"....but I want to go inside, where we'll be alone." A woman whines.
"I can't leave my friend out here. He's my best friend." He knew that was Kakashi. His silk voice pressed against his ear.
"Then he'd understand that we should be alone right now."
He felt Kakashi's arms wrap around him and pick him up.
"I can't leave him in the cold rain." Kakashi says softly as he smiles at him.
Naruto smiles back.
Once Naruto fully recovered he woke up to the woman stomping out the house.
"Sorry I made your one shot leave." Naruto says blushing. Kakashi chuckles.
"It's fine. She was just too much for me anyways. And in the same sense, she wasn't enough." Kakashi says softly. Naruto blushes deeply and looks into the soothing black orbs.
"What happened with Gaara?"
"He cheated and punched me, then bruised my arm." Naruto said angrily. Kakashi's eye twitch maniacally as he tries to calm down.
"It's okay, Kakashi." Naruto says placing his hand on Kakashi's. Kakashi looked into his eyes softly and smiled.
"It's just- if he hurt you bad, it will be all my fault." Kakashi mumbles. Naruto smiles.
"No it wouldn't have." Naruto says simply.
"If you think so." Kakashi mumbles. Naruto smiled.
"Naru?"
"Yes?"
"C-can I kiss you?" Kakashi asks. Naruto nodded quickly. Kakashi lips roam for Naruto's as he cupped Naruto's face and kissed passionately.
"Let's not date other people anymore. I just want you." Naruto blushes. Naruto nods.
"Hai."
