He couldn't remember much.

But he could remember their names now. Why does he remember them now? He just knows they exist... But he can't remember much more...

Roman sat up on the couch, narrowing his eyes a bit at the blanket covering him. He gave the tiniest of smiles, and then noticed hiw wounds were all bandaged up.

'Had Virgil and Janus done this?'

"Oh good, you're awake," Janus said, walking into the room, sitting next to him on the couch. Virgil sat in the armchair nearby.

"..Yeah..um...what...what happened..."

"Damion. Remember him?" Janus asked, raising an eyebrow. Roman nodded.

"He took away your memory somehow but I managed to restore some of it.. so you at least remember who everyone is.." Janus continued, gently putting s hand on Roman's shoulder.

The prince nodded again, still seeming slightly confused.

"Alright," Janus sighed. "We still have a lot of your memory we need to restore... What all /do/ you remember?"

Roman had to think for a long moment. "...I remember you..Vee..Patton..Logan and..and Damion.. I just..remember seeing them...? And somehow ended up with these cuts..?"

"What about Remus?" Virgil asked.

"Who?"

"Shit," Janus cursed under his breath. "So that's what Damion had up his sleeve..."

"What?" Virgil asked, growing worried.

"Damion must've told Remus he could be the only Creativity.. When he was under his control, that is... and by making both twins forget about how much they care for each other- or forget about them in general- Damion wins in the end. He has Remus under the influence that he should be the only Creativity..."

"Radical."

"Virgil, as much as I love the sarcasm, now is not the time."

Roman interrupted them. "Why is all of that a big deal..? If he wants to be the only Creativity, just let him."

Janus and Virgil turned to him. "No, we need you alive, Roman..." Janus said after a moment.

"Do you really though?"

"Yeah! You- you're our boyfriend!-" Virgil started.

"So you want me alive for yourselves then?" Roman asked, asking as a question.

Janus and Virgil were silent.

The awkward silence didn't last long, however.

A portal opened up, in the middle of the living room, and three people stepped out.

Logan...Patton...and Remus...

"Well shit," Virgil mumbled.

Patton stood at the front, an unfamiliar smirk on his face. "Aw hello kiddos...we missed you~ And Roman, that wasn't very nice to run off like that..." he gave a tiny pout to look sad.

"Uh.. sorry?"

"Yes, that was very rude," Logan added, taking a step closer.

"He's always like that. A cold arrogant prick," Remus spat out, glaring.

"What are you three doing here?" Janus asked, standing in front of his boyfriends.

"Damion wants you, Janus," Logan readjusted his tie.

"Of course he does."

"He also wants Virgil and Roman," Patton said, inching closer to the other half of Crrativity and Anxiety.

"No way," Virgil hissed, balling his fists. "You want either of my boyfriends? You'll have to go through me first," he stood up, glaring.

"That can be arranged~" Patton giggled evilly as his yellow eyes began to have a blue tint to them.

Virgil suddenly fell to his knees, shaking violently. Tears sprung out of his eyes and he curled up on himself.

Janus suddenly realized.

Panic attack.

"Janus what's happening?!" Roman asked, eyes widening.

"Roman, listen to me," Janus said, mumblingso Patton, Logan or Remus didn't hear, grabbing him by the shoulders. "I need you to take Virgil and hide in the Imagination. Do not let any of them find either of you. Do you understand me?"

"Wait- Jan- I-"

"Now!!!" Janus gently grabbed Virgil and pushed him to Roman. "Go!!!"

Roman luckily remembered how to make a portal, and so he shoved Virgil through, running in after. The portal closed after the both of them disappeared behind it.

Janus slowly turned to the three under a manipulative hold. "Damion wants me? Take me to him then."

The three stared at each other, frustrated they let the other two get away. But they weighed the options that at least getting one into captivity is a smart idea. So, Remus snapped his fingers, creating a pair of sturdy handcuffs, which locked around Janus's wrists.

Janus knew for a fact that his best friend, the Remus he knew, would say how kinky the cuffs were, but this Remus said nothing of the sort. He never thought he would miss Remus as much as he does now... He wants his friend back.

No, he wants his /friends/ back...

But for now, he has a plan.
