Janus, Logan, Virgil and Remus stared at each other with wide eyes. Only one person called Patton "Padre".
"R-Ro..?" Virgil stuttered out, paling.
The figure didn't respond to him, gripping the sword even tighter.
"What...what did they do to y-you...?" Janus asked, internally freaking out.
Roman turned around quickly, the hood falling down. He glared harshly at Janus. "They have done nothing to me. They saved me from you assholes. You all deserve what's going to happen to you."
Remus felt tears in his eyes. "N-no..."
Roman forced himself to look away from them, resuming walking.
"Roman you have to snap out of it-"
"Quiet."
Logan reluctantly did just that, sighing as he looked away.
The walk was full of tense silence, and Janus and Virgil casting worried glances to Remus and Logan. Remus was fighting back a panic attack, trying to keep the tears out of his eyes.
The silence was interrupted by a noise coming from a bush.
Roman grabbed his sword, aiming in the direction of the bush, readying for someone or something to come out of it.
A squirrel scampered out. It looked all cute and innocent.. Until it barred sharp fangs, growling. It was foaming at the mouth. This was Remus's side of the Imagination so it wasn't shocking.
With a slice of the sword, Roman beheaded the animal, continuing on the path.
Virgil's eyes widened, quickly turning away from the gruesome sight, already feeling a bit sick by it.
The trip to the castle seemed to take forever, until they finally arrived.
The six stared at the castle entrance for a moment, but Janus's breath hitched when Damion walked out.
"Wonderful. You did a great job, kiddo," Damion smiled and put an arm around Roman. Janus hissed in anger.
"Don't fucking touch him!"
Damion silenced Janus, smiling at Roman and Patton. "Patton, you take Virgil and Logan. Roman, you take Janus and Remus. You both know what to do."
Roman glanced at Janus, and then at Remus, looking suddenly worried. "Dami, what if they try something..?"
Damion gently cupped his cheek, voice full of that sweetly sickening vemon. "~You're so brave, dear. I know you'll stop them if they do try anything~"
Roman went a bit stiff for a second, seeming to relax after another second. He smiled softly at Damion and nodded. "Okay.. Thank you.."
Damion grinned, nodding. "Of course, my prince."
Janus was trying to yell out for Damion to stop, but he couldn't speak. He was angry beyond belief, and frustrated. Virgil cast him a worried look.
With an emotionless stare, Patton grabbed both Logan and Virgil, and pulled them inside. Due to them, Remus and Janus, still being in an immobile state, couldn't fight back.
A moment later, Roman grabbed Remus and Janus, pulling them inside as well.
Damion closed the doors shut, following them inside. He followed after Patton while Greed joined Roman.
"Patton- honey please-" Logan rambled on, really close to panicking. He was the logical side. He was supposed to already have a plan to get everyone out of here safely. But he had no idea what to do, and neither did Virgil.
"I don't think Patton needs to listen to you," Damion smirked.
"Damion, you have cause so much destruction. Do you not care how badly you are hurting Thomas because of all of this?" Logan fired at him.
"Oh don't worry. Thomas will be back to normal very soon! Once you're all replaced~"
"Replaced?! The hell?!" Virgil hissed out, glaring daggers. "You can't replace us!"
"Oh Virgil. I'm shocked at how naive you still are."
Virgil and Logan glanced at each other, and both turned to look at Damion with furrowed eyebrows.
"You see..When a side dies... the person dies for good, but the trait doesn't. Within hours or a side dying, a replacement will appear, and all will be just fine~" Damion smirked.
"And you want control over them all." Logan said with realization.
"I want them to think of me as..their leader, if you will. Of course, I wouldn't be doing the job alone. That's why I have Greed."
Virgil's face paled immediately at the name. "You can't be serious.."
"Oh I'm very serious, Anxiety."
"You aren't going to get away with this, Damion," Logan retaliated. "We will get out of here whether you like it or not."
"I figured you'd say that, Logic," he snickered. "That's why I had Roman make some..things..to keep you all at bay, and keep you from escaping the palace."
Virgil frowned again, anxiety spiking in him. "What..things..?"
Damion chuckled and Patton walked Logan into a separate room.
In front of Logan was a metal chair with cuffs around the armrests and on the front legs of the chair. There seemed to be wires and electronic devices all connected to this one chair.
Forcefully, Patton shoved him in the chair, locking his wrists and ankles into the cuffs. He then hooked a bunch of wires to him and put some device on his head.
Damion grinned, walking over to him. "We called this "The No Thinking Chair". Any time you try to think or use your brain, you will be electrocuted harshly. Until it kills you."
Logan's blood ran cold. He began to frantically squirm in the chair, unable to keep himself calm. He couldn't stop his brain from thinking, he just couldn't. Pretty soon, he jolted at the harsh feeling of his body being violently electrocuted. He screamed loudly.
"Well, I'll catch you later, No Brainer. My next victim is Anxiety~"
