22 - Sugar Baby

The group's days together seem to fly by as they continue to spend time with each other and have fun. This day, they all head to a huge aquarium that Jimin and Y/N can recall visiting on a school trip a long time ago.

They all arrive and are assigned a tour guide to show them around before letting them explore on their own. A guy who looks about the same height as Jimin approaches them, introducing himself.

"Hello, my name is San." he respectfully bows as the others do the same back. "I'll be your guide for today. Welcome to Sea Life Busan on Haeundae Beach."

San shows them around, explaining which animal is which and some fun facts about them as they go on. "And these are the Beluga Whales." they all reach a huge tank. "They can stay underwater for about twenty-five minutes without coming back to the surface."

For some reason, Hoseok has been giggling at the sight of the whale which catches everyone's attention. "Hey Namjoon, don't you think that looks like y-"

"Don't." the other cuts him off. "I'll throw you in there if you continue." Namjoon threatens and Hobi only laughs.

Fifteen minutes pass and the group is back where they started, San politely standing in front of them. "Any questions?" he asks and they tell him no, thanking him for his service as he leaves them on their own.

The separate in half—Jungkook, Y/N, Hoseok and Taehyung in one group with Namjoon, Yoongi, Seokjin and Jimin in the other. Not even three minutes in and Namjoon is already talking their ears off, going on about the importance of marine life and how the world should ban all plastic.

Everyone else ventures off, looking around at the huge fish tanks with the beautiful sea life out on display. They all end up in a 360 tunnel and Y/N is tightly holding onto Jungkook's hand, looking around in amazement but also nervousness. For some reason this is a bit scary to her.

Jungkook finds her timid behavior cute, watching her reluctantly move closer to one side of the glass but he leads her to it, hugging her from behind to calm her nerves.

After exploring the aquarium, they head to a restaurant together and then go back to the house with satisfied stomachs.

Christmas eve arrives and instead of cooking and having a home cooked meal, they decide to just avoid the chaos and order a bunch of pizzas instead.

Sitting around the huge table, they talk about anything and everything. Somehow they end up on the topic of Santa.

"Santa is definitely real." Taehyung pipes up happily and it's hard for the rest of them to tell if the boy is for real or if he's just joking around.

Someone had to ask. "Are you serious?" Yoongi speaks for them all as he curiously asks.

"Yup!" Taehyung confirms and the table goes silent.

After a few moments of processing Taehyung's words, Jungkook ruins the silence. "You do know that Santa isn't-"

The rest of Jungkook's sentence is muffled into Y/N's hand as she smack it over his mouth, preventing him from ruining the boy's dreams.

Taehyung responds with a pout. "You're going on his naughty list." he declares. "And so are all of you—except for Y/N."

Jungkook swats Y/N's hand off of his mouth, looking at her and then Taehyung while scoffing. "I'll pop a cap in Santa's fat ass."

After laughing at Jungkook's statement for a good twenty minutes, the discussion is now focused on Taehyung's birthday which takes place in a few days. Everyone is all throwing out ideas and suggestions for things to do, but Taehyung just wants to keep it simple.
