28 - Hangdogso

The next week spent at the hospital is like hell.

Y/N and Jungkook may be back to normal but Y/N's health certainly isn't. She's still under the belief that she's completely fine and nothing is wrong with her. She refuses to eat whatever food that the hospital has for her because she's unaware of the calories and nutrition in it. She doesn't want to ruin herself just because the doctors think she's sick. It's not worth it to her.

They've tried force feeding her a few times which never ended well - the food either being thrown or spit out. They gave up on that attempt and ended up shoving a tube up her nose so that her body is given the nutrition it desperately needed.

It's the eighth day. Jimin, Yoongi, Taehyung and Jungkook are there as the others couldn't come due to their classes. Y/N is inside of her room as the doctor speaks with her, a nurse examining her as well. From what the others can tell from looking in from the outside, Y/N is still refusing everything. She doesn't speak, only shaking her head as the doctor speaks to her.

Jungkook sighs as they watch them remove the feeding tube from her nose, a small cough eliciting out of the girl when it's gone. From their distance, they can see that there's a few tears falling down her cheeks. She doesn't like what's going on, they know she doesn't. But she won't let anyone help her.

Kihyun joins the group along with another person who takes them all by shock. Except for one person.

"How is she doing? Any progress?" Kihyun asks and earns a small 'no' from Jungkook. Kihyun sighs heavily, disappointed and unhappy to hear about his little sister's lack of progress and recovery.

The other person who arrived with Kihyun finally speaks after worriedly looking inside of Y/N's room. "She'll get better soon, I know she will." they speak with hope before shifting in their spot and placing a hand on their back, looking around before speaking once again. "My back hurts." they whine. "My feet too. Can you get me a chair, Kihyun?"

Kihyun is nodding his head quickly, running off to do as asked.

The person sighs, head turning to look at the person who's been staring them down this entire time. Jimin holds his hard gaze, crossing his arms over his chest.

"I see you're still stuck up." he speaks.

"And I see you're still short." Jeongyeon doesn't miss a beat, tilting her head with sass. The others make noises in effort to hide their laughter which doesn't really work out well as Jimin can still clearly hear them.

Jimin nods, pursing his lips and stepping behind a smirking Yoongi. "Fair enough." he mutters.

Kihyun returns with the chair for his wife just as the doctor exits the room to speak with them. She doesn't look too happy. "So, I'll cut right to the chase." she starts and everyone looks at her nervously. "She hasn't made any sort of progress since she's been here. If she doesn't start to progress any time soon, I'll be transferring her to the psychological department to extend her stay for a mandatory period of three months. She could've been discharged days ago but her case is only getting worse. She needs more help."

They all look at each other, stress and worry on their faces. Kihyun wants her to get better but he knows that she wouldn't want to stay for that long. She would probably try to break out and run away or something which would only make this case much worse.

"I'll go talk to her." Jeongyeon stands up, a hand on her back as she waddles towards the door. She motions for them to follow and they do, the doctor watching from the outside.

Y/N is taken by surprise when her pregnant sister-in-law enters her room, unable to pay the others any mind. Jimin knows how much Y/N 'idolizes' Jeongyeon which really isn't a good thing but in this situation it could be the key to solving everything.
