"I saw you Malfoy!" Draco was taken aback. Y/n had never called him by his last name and he didn't like it. "Don't act all innocent! I saw you kiss her!

"So what if you saw!" He shouted "You don't have time for me anymore! You spend all your time doing other things!"

"You know what Malfoy" she walked close to him and looked him dead in the eye. Draco could see tears in her eyes which often happened when she was angry. What he didn't see was Y/ns hand reach her chest and rip off the heart shaped locket he gave to her on their first date.

She shoved the now broken locket into his hands "I'm done with you and your childish games."

"Y-you don't mean that" Draco stuttered with tears in his eyes as well. They've had arguments before and they would usually make up the next day, but Y/n was serious.

She shook her head and laughed "I do mean it. Goodbye Malfoy" and with that said, she left.

She couldn't believe it. The Fat Lady tried to give her a hug, but remembered she was stuck in a painting so she instead gave her a soft smile and said things were going to get better.

Tears ran down her cheeks while she ran up the stairs leading to the girls dorms, ignoring the stares from people sat in the Common Room.

"Y/n-" Hermione cut herself off and ran to Y/n as the heartbroken girl sobbed into her arms.

"H-he" Y/n sobbed.

Hermione stroked her hair "shhhh, you don't have to talk now." Y/n fell asleep with the brunettes arms wrapped around her, wishing it was his arms.

After Y/n slammed the door, Draco realized what he had done. The only person who had faith in him, the only person supported him, the person he loved most...was gone. He punched the wall multiple times until his fist was covered in blood.

He knew he should apologize, but because he's Draco, he would never admit he's wrong. He fell asleep with tear stained cheeks, wishing she was there.

Same bed but it feels just a little bit bigger now

Draco woke up with an annoying headache. It had been about a year without Y/n and ever since their break-up he hadn't been getting much sleep. He looked over to the other side of the bed where Y/n would've been an sighed.

It was a rainy day and he heard annoying laughs coming from outside his window. He huffed and ignored it.
