SHUTTING THE CAB DOOR Y/N
sighed with relief, glad that she had safely made it home.

For work purposes, she was away from her family and had to attend a business trip. It'd be a complete lie if she said that this trip wasn't something that was needed. She loved her family, but everyone needs to get away every once in awhile.

She unlocked the door and looked around for anyone but the sound of soft giggles were all she needed before heading for the cause of the noises. Y/N felt her heart swell at the sight as she leaned against the wall, crossing her arms.

Laid on the sofa was her messy haired husband whose legs went over the armrest. His right arm rested on his stomach and his left hand was off the sofa resting in Scorpius' lap. Markers and marker caps were sprawled across the carpet.

The young Malfoy boy was sat in front of his Father with his tongue poking out while coloring in Dracos faded dark mark. And Andromeda Malfoy was also coloring on her Father's pale skin. She sat in between the backrest and Dracos arm adding some color to his lips, cheeks and eyelids. He looked like a clown.

"Mummy!" Andromeda's eyes lit up as she noticed the smiling woman stood behind Scorpius who jumped up to give her a hug. She set down her markers before jumping off of Draco's stomach to get past.

That woke him up.

"Fu─oh!" Holding onto his stomach, he sat up with a surprised look on his face as he hadn't expected for Y/N to arrive when he was taking a nap. However, he was met with a warm smile from his wife who was embracing their giddy children in a tight hug.

He, too, was happy that Y/N had arrived. He was absolutely exhausted. He spent many nights comforting their crying children who weren't too happy when they heard that their Mother would be leaving for a business trip and they let Draco know that by giving him hell. It wasn't that they weren't used to him. It was just that they were practically attached to Y/Ns hip and refused to let her leave.

"You're home," he softly whispers in awe as he watches his children cling onto the love of his life, not wanting her to leave them.

"I am," she whispers back, her grip on the teary children tightening as she waddled to Draco who brought her onto his lap. He felt hypnotized as her soft skin met his. That was until their youngest began to giggle.

"What's so funny?"

"Your arm!" She exclaimed with a giggle. Scorpius hid his face in the crook of Y/Ns neck as he also began to chuckle.

Draco followed the gaze of his wife until his eyes landed on his arm. A colorful bob cut was drawn on the skull and the snake was decorated with stripes and polka dots.

"How can I be mad when you've colored inside the lines," he laughed as he stared at his arm. He was never proud of the mark and he hated that others thought it was apart of him, but something about his family laughing at the tattoo made him feel safe. This was the family be created with his wife and he couldn't have been happier.

"Just wait till you see what Andy did."

"Wha-"
