     "What are you guys talking about what truth" I rushed to them. Worry filled me I didn't know who these people were and why they were going to my house. 

"Guys wait up for me and who's the girl" a blonde appeared at the side of us with a somewhat nasty attitude. 

"That's Lizzie, mg control your girlfriend" Hope kept walking not even stopping.

"Lizzie this is Stefanie Salvatore" Mg told the blonde—Lizzie.

"Wait how do you guys know my name I didn't even tell you" I said still trying to keep up. They were walking super fast. 

"Oh we learned all about you in school-" Lizzie said more like a snarl.

"Lizzie cut it out" Hope gave her a side eye.

"School what is going on I'm still clueless here" by this point we had made it to my house and I was in my front yard and Hope was already knocking on my door.

"I sent Mr. Saltzman a message he should be here soon"

My mind was in fact blowing.

I couldn't tell you what was making sense to me at the moment.

My mom had opened the door just as my uncle ric had pulled up.

"What's going on Stefanie" my mom said more like loudly said.

"Damon" she screamed behind her.

My dad had come running down the stairs at this point.

"Well shit" he said.

"Can someone please explain to me what's going on because I'm sensing everyone but me knows what's going on" I demanded.

"Stefanie we did this to protect you" my mom told me and had one hand on my face and the other stroking my hair.

"Did what to protect me" I stood their frozen.

First my girlfriend broke up with me for completely no reason.

Now I saw a girl with a sun spinning in her hand and everyone around me seems to know what's going on but me.

"Let's go inside" my mom took my hand and led me inside and everyone else followed.

"Listen Stefanie we never wanted any of this for you" she sighed and looked at my dad.

"Listen Stef there are things called supernaturals vampires, werewolves, many other things including me and your mom"

I laughed a bit then realized no one was laughing and then shut my mouth

"I was born in 1839 stef and your mom is a doppelgänger"

"Dop-doppel-doppel what" I said

"Doppelgänger basically means like a double person" My mom informed me.

"Here let me show you" Hope placed her hands beneath my ears and behind my head.

"Close your eyes" she said and I did.

Flash forward my uncle Stefan I had never met him.

And everything in between to Kai Parker to the cure. To Hope being born to Klaus and Hayley. The miracle baby. The tribrid.

This information was overwhelming. I woke up thinking everything was normal and I would be going to sleep knowing the world was full of supernaturals and that I was one myself.

Tears fell from my face. I was a lie my life was a lie. Everyone had lied to me. My mom. My dad. My uncle ric. Uncle matty. Aunt care.

"Why did you guys lie to me" I sobbed at my parents.

"It was to protect you Stefanie we never wanted this for you" my mom was crying too.

"I can decide what I want but not to tell me that I'm supernatural to not- that's my decision" At this point everyone in the room was quiet.

"I'll be back" I quickly sat up and ran out of the house. To breathe I still couldn't believe any of this.

Witches?

Vampires?!

I sat at the curb, I think waiting for this all to sink in. It was a whole new world that I was looking at.

I heard a noise coming and instinctively turned my back to see Hope walking up to me. I quickly wiped the tears from my eyes and looked straight again.

"It's going to get easier you know" she laughed a bit and sat down next to me her leg just brushing mine.

"Says the one who grew up what was is a tribrid" I scoffed.

"Yeah but isn't it better being supernatural" she nudged my shoulder.

"I just never pictured my life to be like this out of everything" I said

"Well if it makes you feel any better I can kill whoever broke your heart earlier" she said and laughed.

I just turned to face her and had a confused look on my face.

"Kidding but in all honesty why were you walking by yourself at night and crying if not someone broke your heart" She said or more like questioned.

I liked her a lot. She was nice and beautiful too.

"Nothing my girl-ex girlfriend broke up with me for some stupid shit she didn't even let me explain when it wasn't my fault and when I went to explain it to her there was another girl there" I told her.

"She brought another girl home" she asked.

I just nodded "I didn't care she broke up with me we've been ruined for months but to bring another girl when we weren't officially done bothers me"

"I'm sorry" she said.

"Thanks but it's not gonna be fine when I go back to school and see them both there" I admitted.

Maya and her friends were really my only source of friends at that school and Maya probably spun some lies of me and I was not looking forward to that.

"You know since you are supernatural and all you could probably come to school with us" she mentioned.

My head perked up "yeah the school where my parents and dead uncle used to live who died before I could even meet him"

"Hey I'll help you Lizzie might seem a bit much right now but once you've warmed up she's the nicest person ever and everyone else will love you besides your usual Alyssa but we can handle her" she smiled

and for once I smiled back.
