Abbey's POV

As she was free-falling and anticipating the ground .

Something yanked her up and she bounced for a moment up and down.

Startled she looked up .

There pocking his head out of the window was Jasper.

Holding her at arms lengh his hands held her wrists.

And with effort he pulled her up inch by inch .

She could see the strain on his face . Sweat slithered down his neck.

" Let go of me ". She whisper shouted.

If her voice went out and people saw her and reported her she was done for .

After a lot of heaving and intake of breaths .

Abbey sat on the window sill . She swung her legs into his room.

And she was instantly ingulfed in a hug .

Jasper held her tightly , she wrapped her arms on his back while he had his head on the tip of her shoulders.

" What were you fucking doing , trying to kill yourself ? , I wouldn't blame you a little sign telling me would have been enough ".

" Jace ". She said pulling away.

" Im next i have to go ".

" Where " he asked his voice dead of emotion.

She hated being the cause for it , he didn't even have to ask what she meant by being next everyone knew what those words meant and no one expressed their meaning and what happned after they got you .

" I'm not suppose to tell you". She wasn't if they came in and questioned him and threatened him with his family he'd have to spill his guts whether he wanted to or not.

She saw the hurt pass his face that she didn't trust him enough . She didn't .

" How about this when i get to whereever I'm suppose to get to ill send you a star from my location ". She said.

He nodded.

Then his eyes snapped to her sliced finger , he brought it up to his eye level.

" Abbey what the fuck is this". He asked .

" It's nothing ". She said .

" Abbey , your not cutting are you ".

" Ofcource not what a silly way to deal with my problems ". She responded.

" I thought i told you not to do that anymore ".

" Do not do what anymore". She feigned stupidity.

" Abbey Don't play stupid we both know your one of the most intelligent people this rundown country has seen ".

" Oh Stop your just adding to my self esteem ". She said jokingly trying to change the subject.

" About sending me a star you didn't really mean from socail network did you ? ".

" Ofcource not ".

" Sending me your location also not from socail network".

" Ofcource not I'm not stupid they have everything tracked if they link my disappearance to you , you and your whole family will be in serious danger ".

" Abbey What the hell litterly your dealing with beings from hell ". He told her angrily .

" They've helped me at my worse! , they've let me send you messages that if anyone knew about will get both our heads chopped off ".
