Abbey's POV

Jasper opened his closet rummaged then shook his head .

" No rope ". He sighed .

" Rope ?". She questioned.

" To get you out of here , i obviously can't take you out the front door ".

" I'll just jump ".

" Not on my watch ".

He tugged hard on the blue berry coloured curtains .

The whole thing came tumbling down .

They both winced from the noise it made if anything was suspicious people would talke to their friends whose friends are freinds with soldiers and official people .

Jasper ripped the whole curtain off .

Opened the window .

She knew where this was going without asking , true it was the safest way down but...

" You'll have to trust me ". Jasper said.

He gave her the end of the curtain.

She took hold off it .

They both walked to the window.

The Night outside was a bit chilly like most nights .

As usual the starts faintly shined only a few brave ones showed themselves.

She often joked that even the stars were scared at times the moon wasn't even found.

There it is the little sucker when it comes so do all the gangs and crimes happen.

She turned to jasper opened her mouth but he beat her too it.

" Yes even the stars are scared now shut up you have to go down the wall as silently as possible we don't want the neighbors seeing a thing ".

She nodded in agreement .

She turned her back on the window stood on it's sill , trusting Jasper, if he let go... well bad things will obviously follow.

As she crouched down and let her left leg out .

Jasper stepped forward and stole a kiss from her before she let her whole body out .

There she was clutching the curtain both her feet on the wall .

she looked up and there Jasper was looking down at her . Behind him was a dark shadow with a round face but instead of facial looks  shadows were moving instead on it's face.

She swallowed hard it always scared her too see this kind she bit her tongue  to not scream like the first time she saw it.

Decending she put one foot under the other .

Hearing a tearing sound she saw the curtain couldn't handle her wait any longer .

Holy shit!

Leaping down she rolled once .

Good there wasn't much wall to climb down on so it was almost like a normal jump .

Abbey looked up at Jasper he looked down at her with agony written on his face .

she put a V sign in the air with her index finger and middle finger .

It meant we either win or die .

Jasper mirrored her phrase and with one last salute from her she picked up her duffel bags .

And went on her way .

She stayed on the side of the walls the shadows like that demon up there covering her.

Finally from what seemed like ages walking down the street , She saw Zoeys car a normal black 2011 BMW .

After darting the street she tried to open the cars back door but it was obviously locked .

She knocked not too soft or suspiciously loud either .

He looked up startled then she tried again and found the doors open.

" Get down ". He told her .

She threw her duffel bags on the seat and closed the dooe behind her , she sat on the floor so no one would see her.

" Yellow yellow ".

" Black and yellow ".

They're way of greeting if you were wondering and off her getaway car sped away.

She uttered a quick prayer that the lord over sees her and keeps her from harms way .
