When I got home that night I couldn't stop thinking about Walker and her sister. So weird that her sister just came to the school out of nowhere. Walker had never mentioned anything about a sister before so it was just very suspicious to me. I got up from my bed and stood leaning against my desk. I looked down and saw a piece of newspaper peaking out from under a book. It was just the part of the paper that was about the Danny Hacker girl that I had cut out for the assignment Walker and I had been working on together. I turned it over revealing the girls picture and gasped. It had just hit me that Walker now looks exactly like the girl in the photo. I sat down in my desk chair and held the paper firmly as I stared at it in shock.
'Walker came to school barely like two weeks after this girl went missing.. she looks just like her.. no.. this can't be true..' I thought.
But then something else hit me.. Charlie. That name, I know that name! I pulled my laptop out of my desk draw and went back through my history looking for a certain Charlie Hacker. I thought back to all of the research I had done and realized that nothing ever said whether or not Charlie was a girl or a boy.. I had just assumed it was a boy. The research had said that Charlie was 19 and I remember Walker's sister Charlie looking a bit older than everyone else. Was all of this just a coincidence or— that's when I saw it.
The last time I had looked Charlie up online, I didn't get much, and people still knew where she was. She was the only Hacker who wasn't either dead or missing. That is until just three days ago.

MISSING
Charlie Jolene Hacker

I couldn't believe it. Walker and Charlie had done the exact same thing. When they went missing they came here and disguised themselves to fit in. I immediately called Shawn Bradley and told him everything and also told him to come over. I didn't have anyone else to tell but I knew he would be interested. "Be right there." He said through the phone before hanging up.
Shawn and I came up with the perfect plan for school tomorrow. We were almost certain that these two girl's were the missing Hacker sisters. But we wanted to hear it from them.
_______

Shawn and I walked to class together for the first time ever and were surprised to find the girls already seated. Walker seemed to be flaunting her usual look still covering up her boy hair and dark eyes. Shawn and I took our seats just waiting for the perfect moment. We made small talk with the girls so they weren't so uptight or suspicious. Letting them think that they could let their guard down until finally, my moment came.
I leaned forward in my desk and said "Hey Danny can I borrow a pencil?" To Walker. I held my breath until Shawn and I nearly jumped out of our skin when she turned around with a smile, not even realizing what I had just called her, and said "sure thing! Just a sec." and began fumbling with her pencil case. Unfortunately Charlie had heard me and stared at Walker like she had just committed a crime. Then I saw Walker stop moving completely and slowly turn around in shock. Got her.
She looked at me, then Shawn, then her sister nervously. Then like the flip of a switch they both turned and stared at us blankly. It was very uncomfortable. "Should we call the cops on them Ben?" Shawn whispered to me. "Nope." I said giving Walker a smug look and said "we won't call the cops on you if you tell us what's going on."
They both nodded at each other and Charlie said, "we'll tell you everything but not now." She looked around the room and then back at us. "Meet us in the alley on the way to my house after school." Walker said. And with that the girls turned around without another word.
When school was finally out Shawn couldn't stay because he had football practice so I told him that I would fill him in later.
I met up with the girls and they were ready to talk. "My little brother died and so did my parents. I couldn't deal with that also knowing that I could be next. Charlie and I are the only two Hackers left and I just didn't feel safe. So I decided if someone really is out to get me then I should run away and disguise myself." Walker explained and I could tell she was telling the truth because she spoke without any hesitation." And what about you Charlie? Did you leave for the same reason?" I asked raising a brow at her. I felt like a detective trying to get answers out of a criminal. She was just about to speak when someone walked passed and accidentally bumped her shoulder. Her bag fell to the ground, strange things spilling out of it. There was a dark cloak with a hood, a pair of fake yellow teeth, missing posters of her, Jackson, and Danny and a hatchet that barely poked out from the sack. She scrambled to pick everything up, but Walker was quick and picked up the hatchet. Obviously at the time I knew nothing about the teeth, really only the people who got away from the Mocker Mutilator knew about it, but everyone knows about the hatchet. Well, and Jackson knew about the teeth but he can't exactly testify at the moment. Walker stared at the hatchet as if she had just solved the case. "You killed them didn't you?" She said quietly still staring at the weapon. "What do you mean?" Charlie asked not even breaking a straight face. "You really expect people to believe that you were sleeping while our parents were screaming in pain?" Walker asked, you could tell she was getting angry because her hands were in tight fists and her face was red. "Do you expect people to believe that you just went missing? That the Mutilator just took you? And if the story you told earlier was true, there's no way you could've known that they were dead before running away because I didn't see—" Charlie stopped as if she had just exposed herself. "You didn't see what? Me? But Charlie, I thought you were innocently sleeping in bed??" Walker began grinning. This was starting to get good, it's times like this when I wish I had popcorn. Then out of no where Charlie snatched the hatchet from out of Walker's hands and held it up at if she was about to swing. She looked like she had been waiting for this for a long time. "Seay hi to Jackson for me." she said starting to swing. Walker lifted her arms up to block the impact of the hatchet. I was frozen in shock and fear. But then we heard a loud yell and footsteps behind us and I saw someone wearing a whole football uniform (helmet and all) booking it towards us. Walker and I quickly stepped out of the way. Charlie held the hatchet in front of her chest and had no time to react before the football player tackled her to the ground. They both gasped.
