Hesitation for Love

Back To You

Emily was in her room sitting on her bed thinking of last night. How could Barry Allen be the Flash? It did make sense. She rembered when they were playing uno and Barry had said,"Come on Cait hero's don't cheat.." She had shrugged it off that day. But, now it made so much sense. Should she tell Caitlyn she knows? Maybe?
Caityln was in her room texting Barry and laughing. Tears practically coming out of her eyes. Barry was a funny guy. She missed him. She missed the way  he held her in his arms. She also missed the way they kissed. I guess she missed everything about him. She got out of her bed and walked down stairs to see Erick and her parents chatting. They all looked over at her.

"Ah there you are darling." Her mother said as Caitlyn was making her way to the kitchen.

"Eric was wondering if you'd like to hang out." Her dad smirked

"Uh..I..I gues..s." Caitlyn replied

So they walked out the door and got in Erick's car. When he started to drive he said,"Put hands over your eyes..no peeking." Caitlyn hated suprises. Because of the suspense. She covered her eyes the whole way there. When they arrived she opened her eyes to see they were at a park. It had a pond with ducks. They got out of the car and walked around. Caitlyn had taken pictures of the cute little ducklings. So adorable. She always loved ducks. Spending time with Erick made her remeber her child hood. That's what she missed about Flordia was the beautiful senerie and the people were nice. But, if she never left Flordia she wouldn't of met Barry. The guy who's heart shes broken. She felt really bad. After walking for a awhile Caitlyn got tired. Erick so perfectly brought a picnic basket. He laid out a blanket and he handed her a sandwhich. Erick new this was the perfect moment. He never did get over Caittlyn. That's why he had to tell her.. What better way to tell her he loves her by kissing her. So pulled her closer and tried to kiss her. Caitlyn backed out of the kiss.

"Erick I don't feel that way anymore." She said disgusted

"Wait I thought you broke up with Barry." He replied

"Well yes but...I still love him." She said

Erick understood. He felt bad for not knowing. After that happened he dropped her off at her house and he drove home.  When Caitlyn got up to her bedroom she started crying.  Barry probally moved on by now. He's probally with Iris or some other girl who thinks their all that. She couldn't help it she loved him still.

~Central City~

Barry sat in his lab staring at the clock waiting for it to strike four. As soon as it did he finished the file he was working on and sat it down. He got out of his chair and ran to his apartment. He was ready to go home and rest. That morning he had to deal with a  crime scene. He was exhausted. He plopped down on the couch and turned on the news. Boring as usually he thought. He knew what he could do. Call Caitlyn. He dialed her number and waited for her to pick up. When she picked up the phone he got really excited.

"Hey Caitlyn how was you day."

"Good. How was yours?" She replied

"It was exhausting I had to deal with case after case." He said with exhaustion

"Oh, that sounds like so much fun." She responded

"Yeah tell me about it.." He said sarcastically

After talking for a couple hours they got off the phone. It felt like they were dating again. Caitlyn went down stairs since she heard her mother call her name.

"You called." Caitlyn said as she reached the living room

"Did you have a good time with Erick today." Her mother asked

"It was fun until he kissed me!"  Caitlyn replied

"So?" Her father said

"So, I don't love him I still love Barry..ok."

"Oh." He mother was shocked.

Caitlyn ran up to her room and shut the door behind her. He parents had always forced relationships onto her. Like when she was sixteen they convinced her to date Erick. It was a forced relationship. She missed Central City her parents couldn't make her do anthing there. Shes thought about moving back for awhile now. She opened up her laptop to search for houses. But after awhile of searching she remebered her old house. So she went to see if it was still for sale. And sure enough it was. So she called the estate and talked it over. She bought the house. She wouldn't tell her parents just yet. She walked downstairs and ran out the door and got in her car. She drove to the General Store. She walked into the store and searched for cardboard boxes. When she found them she bought a couple and left the store. She drove back home and walked into the house with her boxes. Luckily her parents were in their room sleeping. So she walked up the stairs to her room. She decided she'd better start packing today. So she packed everything that night.

~The Next Day~

She woke up with a tape roller in hand and a bunch of boxes surrounding her.  She picked up her boxes and shoved them in her closet. She walked down the stairs to make some breakfast. She made some cereal and started slurping it down. She was so hungry. After she finished eating she went back up stairs to get dressed. After she got dressed she went on her morning jog. Passing dogs running on the beach. Chasing after a frisbee. When she was exhausted she went back in the house and took a shower.

~○Central City○~

Barry was at home resting on his couch. Since Caitlyn had ordered him to do so. The day before. But, maybe he could go on a walk. He got off the couch and walked down the stairs and  walked outside. Barry ran around the city using his super speed. He felt alot better than he did yestarday. He ran to Star Labs to check if Cisco was there.
He wasn't. It was Saturday so there wasn't much to do. He ran back home and made himself a snack. When he finishing his sandwhich he heard his phone ring. It was Caitlyn calling. He quickly answered it.

"Hey Barry how are you." Caitlyn asked

"Oh I'm great now that I'm talking to you."  He replied cheerfully

After talking for a little while Caitlyn hung up the phone. While they were talking she of course did not mention the moving back part. She was gonna suprise him.
