(ft. GoDaddy studio)hi hi! right off the bat, I would like to let y'all know that you guys will need an app that allows you to convert a gif into a video and vice versa.
yes, you will still need over but the problem is - over doesn't edit gifs. in fact, one of its newest features (a beta one, in fact) has this. no, you do not need premium for this.
you can use this method to also add overlays, textures and the like to your gif. it's very simple to do so - it's just like adding those things to a photo. refer to the chapter playing with filters to exactly learn how to add overlays and the like.
let's begin ::

open gif maker-editor (or any other substitute for it) and select the option gif → video
open your desired gif. I went with this gif that perfectly describes yoo jeongyeon's duality (pls tell her to STOP):
