super simple yet pretty gradient effect. i made the gradient using phonto (open plain images and generate one using the blank image).
[duplicate your face-claim's image in over (optional step to get the perfect measurements), crop the image using custom (don't exactly crop CROP it - just do that step) and replace it with the gradient.]
blend the gradient with the image using color or multiply.
