Chapter 4

Alice and Hotch get out the car walking towards the underpass of a freeway. The victim a 34 year old male with kids and step kids. His name Stephan walker. Hotch grabs gloves examine the body. Alice says," Were all the victims 34 male divorced remarried with kids?" Hotch says," Yes. The wounds are aggressive yet the person stabbed the victim in over kill."
Alice looks down at the body examining the placement. Alice says," the body was just left dropped down. I think our unsub is a girl. I know the profile said male. I think female eighteen and she feels threatened and angred by old men."
Hotch says," women or weaken male. Call Reid see what he thinks about the other body and how it was placed."
Alice picks up the phone dialing Reid.
Reid says," Whats up?"
Alice says," how was the body left in the last crimes scenes? I don't think the unsub was strong enough to pull or move the bodies. I think our unsub is a young female."
Reid says," the excessive stabbing seemed to point to a girl anyways the body seems to just fall where it laided. Showing the unsub just wanted to kill and leave."
Alice says," that's what makes me think it's somebody young. It's very personal. All victims are step father freshly divorced. I am going call Garcia. "
She hangs up calling Garcia. Garcia cheerfully says," Hey beautiful what can I do for you?"
Alice says," I need you to find everyone who's been divorced and remarried in this area. I went a girl older step daughter."
Garcia says," sending list to everyone bye love."
Hotch still examining says," there's no defensive wounds. The guy wasn't threatened at all. We need a stressor. I say cheating on their step mom. Maybe the daughter feels betrayed."
Alice says," its personal maybe a sibling dying by direct neglect or a new baby in the family."
Hotch combs the area with Alice. Alice checks the pockets finding a note. Hotch says," you ruined my family giving me a son."
Alice eyes widen and she puts the note in a bag. Alice says," shes killing people who looked like the her step father who raped her." Alice calls Morgan and says," tell Garcia to cross examine the list with any adoption in the last 6 months since the killings started. " Hotch says," we need to go. According to the unsub kill records the crimes are becoming overwhelming. The murder is getting careless."
They run back to car speeding to the police station . They walk in to Morgan. Morgan says," three families fit the criteria. Gideon went to the first with Reid. They just called the girl was connected and is heading here now. One girl is out of the country for boarding school. Jj is getting a hold of the school."
Alice says," Morgan we need to go to the family now. Haven't you guys tried calling?"
Morgan says," we got the dial tone."
Hotch says," how old is the daughter?"
Morgan says," turned 18 eight months ago.".
They all run to the car not happy to see the officer come was Alice's ex Alex. Hotch grips the wheel rushing to the house. Gideon calls ," This kids dad is overseas with the mom looking at a DNA test."
Hotch says," come to this address." Hotch pulls in to the neighboor to see the pitch black house. Alice says," its the middle of the day," as hotch parks a house down. Alice sees the cars out front and says," I am going in. There's no reason all the lights are off. Theres two cars outside and there's a little boy in there. "
Hotch studies Alices eyes and says," we don't know what's in there let's knock first and wait for back up."
Alice walks to door with Hotch and hears a little boy crying. Alice kicks the door down gun in hand and says," Elizabeth, Richard and David FBI."
Hotch shakes his head as the rest of team shows up. Alice runs through the house to find the girl with a knife to the step dads neck. Alice grabs the young boy and says," Elizabeth you don't need to do this. We know about the other guys. We know about the adoption we know what he did to you. We know David's your son."
Elizabeth fiercely focuses on the knife and says," I have to. He can't keep my son. Those guys they were taking advantage of young girls I saw them. Ii -this needs to end."
The rest of the team behind Alice. Alice gives Morgan the boy. Alice says," its not going to end good this way. You have to let him go. You murdered 3 people. Please let us help you. You are still young."
Elizabeth says," my life's already over. I am going to jail either way." She pushes the knife down a little. All the guns from anyone in the house pointed at her.
Alice says," its not going to fix it.. I am telling. Your son will still be with your mom. Local pd will file charges to get your step dad away from David I promise you."
Elizabeth crying drops the knife. Alice drops her gun heading over to her letting the step-dad walk over to be pushed out by Hotch. Alice grabs Elizabeth and says," I am so sorry the Justice system failed you. It's not a reason to kill people."
Elizabeth struggles with Alice as she's putting the hand cuffs on. Alice on top of her says," stop resisting."
Morgan comes in and laughs grabbing Elizabeth in to one of the patrol cars. She looks at Morgan and says," it was nice to you struggling on top a girl."
Reid looks disturbed by the statement. Hotch focused on talking to officer. Alice laughs and says," you pig."
Morgan says," dont hate the player." They all head down to the office to get them both to confess. Alice looks at Hotch fiercely and says," what you did was a risk to you and an overstep."
Alice rolls her eyes and says," I got her to admit and her piece of shit step dads still alive . I did my job." Gideon says," Alice let's go for a walk."
Hotch and Morgan interview both of them for hours. Alice couldn't stand the smug step father. She calls Garcia saying," please do a computer look through for the dad. Something fishy."
Gideon says," I know hotch is a hard ass. He's still your superior. You got to becareful with disobeying orders. Going in was reckless. I mean I would have."
Alice smiles and says," thanks for being so understanding and pulling me away."
Gideon says," you're welcome. No get it together I need you to go in and talk to the dad he's stalling with Hotch. Hotch losses her temper too much."
Alice walks up to the room to see Hotch slaming his hands on the table. Hotch looks angry and says," who's the kids father?"
The dad smirks and says," who knows the girls a whore. Why don't you ask her ?"
Alice rolls her eyes about to go in before Garcia calls. Garcia says," its full of child porn. A group chat. Working on getting the information. I think she killed the three other people from that chat. I found a picture on the computer with them and other underage girls."
Alice goes in and says," Hotch."
He walks out, glares and says," What do you want?"
She glares back admiring his hazel eyes. His stare chilled her to her bone. She says," Garcia went through his computer. All the fathers were sometime of weird group of people who fetished their step daughters. Shes pulling and sending everything."
Hotch grimaced in digust and goes to go back in there. Gideon comes around the corner and says," Alice question him. Hotch will watch. Morgan and I will go help search the house."
Gideon and Morgan leave toward the house. Hotch says," Have at it. Just remember you don't have to like my choice but I am the cheif and you will respect my decision. "
Alice rolls her eyes while walking into the room. She unbuttoned her blouse trying to invoke his sexual predator instincts. Richard smirks looking Alice up and down like prey. Alice smiles and says," we looked through your computer we know you like your women young. You couldn't even wait til your step daughter turned 18. How old is David just turning two."
Richard laughs and says," oh boss man wasn't getting anywhere send new employee young with perky tits is gonna get the answer out of me." Hotch shaking his head in anger.
Alice smirks standing and says," oh not your type according to your computer files you like scared teenage girls to take advantage of."
He says," I want to cut a deal."
She smirks and says," all your friends are dead. You are screwed."
Richard slams his hands down and says," she came on to me. "
Alice laughs and says," you called her a whore twice. I am sure your wife would love to know you are the father of your adoptive son."
Alice says," They are searching your computer right now finding way to keep your sick self locked up."
Richard says," lock me up all you want that girl will never be the same."
Alice says," shell grown from this pain."
Alice goes out the door and says," that son of a bitch is going away forever."
Hotch frowns and says," unfortunately she will be too."
Alice says," I need a drink. We leaving tonight or tomorrow?"
Hotch rolls his eyes and says," tomorrow."
Alice looks at him and says," you have an attitude today."
Hotch eyebrows narrow as she walks away. She calls Morgan," Lets go out tonight . We are stuck until the morning. '
