Hotchs pov
I end the call. Hayley was worried about me I let the baby name slip. That kiss made me want her even more. I can't be doing this. I have a responsibility to be the cheif. I got to find her and explain. Is it completely inappropriate for a boss to show at an employees room at i look down at my clock 12:20. I ruffle my hair deciding to just go in to my room.
Alice pov
I text Colin back," Ok thats understandable. I am not the one my job expects alot out of me."

Hotch pov
Hotch lays down on his bed run his hands through his hair . He texts Alice," the things I am thinking about. Are you touching yourself thinking of me ?"
His phone bings. Alice texted," So what if I was?".
He pushed his phone in his pocket. Is it the alcohol? Should he go ? He runs in hands through his black slicked hair. He walks out into the hotel find the room. He knocks on the door.
Alice pov
She opens the door. Hotch smiles and pushes his way. He pushed her against the door.

Hotchs deep voice says," Wheels up in 20 mins. They pulled us back from the case. " She protests," Its not right. They are going to throw the book at that girl."
Hotch says," Calm down agent. Like I said 20 mins we leave." He hangs up on her.
She rolls eyes rubbing the dark circles. She starts packing her things into her bag.
She felt bad for the person who had to clean this room her ripped shirt and buttons were everywhere. She picks up a nice dress shirt and some dress slacks tempted to wear a skirt. She puts on pink lip gloss. She grabs the shirt and buttons putting them in the trash. She walks to the door suitcase in one arm and phone in the other. Alex comes behind her and says," why are you not messaging me back ?"
Alice says," Alex I am trying to be civil. You broke my heart. its been almost two years what do you want ?" She starts walking to lobby trying to get space between her and him. Alex says," I still like you."
Alice walks faster and says," how did you even get my number for my phone or my room number?"
He curls his fights and says," Why are you being such a bitch?"
She sees Morgan ,Hotch, JJ ,and Reid talking. He says," That your little boyfriend," pointing at Morgan.
Alice hesitates and says," its none of your business." Reid goes over and grabs Alice's bag putting it on the cart. Morgan comes over and says," Good morning beautiful. Your ex still bothering you?" glaring at Alex til he leaves. She sighs hugging on Morgan and says," thank you so much handsome. He probably thinks we are really dating now."
Morgan puts his hand on her waist and says," We aren't? Ouch."
JJ laughing at Morgan acting hurt. Hotch frowns and says," Enough we need to leave now."
He walks in to the car with the bags . Jj follows close behind. Alice looks at Reid and Morgan and says," Whats wrong with him?"
Morgan says," You know hotch probably tightened that tie to tight."
Reid goes to say some statistics about ties and choking. Alice laughs and says," Into choking Reid?"
He blushes as we rush in to the car. Hotch looks at us like you would think he would look at Jack when he's bad.
We drive to airport getting on the jet taking the 4 hour fly back. Most of everyone on the plane was asleep except for Alice and Hotch. Hotch is up looking at Case files casualy looking back every once in a while. Alice smirks while texting Hotch ," Something you need ?"
Hotch looks down at his phone bitting his lip. He texts back," Something I want ."
Alice texts," Well there's a bathroom. "
Hotch gulps and texts," we can't. "
Alice walks up to front and says," Let me see some of those cases sir." She takes the seat next to him. She takes them in her lap glancing at them. He looks at his cases, hands reaching over to grab her thigh. Alice touches his shoulder and says," You seemed stressed let me help you. " She gets up putting her cases on her chair getting on her knees. His smirk widens as he takes off his belt. She looks up at him grabbing his length. She takes him in her mouth making his eyes roll back. She spends 10 mins taking him her mouth. He bites his lip as he gets closer. He grabs the back at her hair pushing her down as he finished in her mouth. She swallows smiling getting back up to take her seat next to him drinking water. He fixes his belt and pants.
