"Yes you are" Jimin said strapping his dagger close to his shoe, "I even told those girls that I'll bring you along."

"I should stop listening to you entirely" Taehyung said, giving Jimin his arm to draw the agility rune with his stele, "it was literally just once that I went out without my glamour rune ONLY because you insisted and now all those mundane girlfriends of yours are after my life Jiminah- one of them even has the sight..and she saw me WITH MY GLAMOUR RUNE." Taehyung was whining now. 

"Okay but what's the harm Tae?" Jimin drew the rune efficiently, "they won't eat you up."

"You know how uncomfortable I am around girls- or anyone for that matter, I'm uncomfortable around all humans." Taehyung said, taking Jimin's arm and drawing the fearless rune.

The Sight is the ability to see past glamour to a thing's true nature.

Glamour is the form of magic that conceals the shadow world.

"Just this once" Jimin said, pocketing his stele, "I promise I won't force you again, ever. Okay screw those girls, we'll party together."

Taehyung looked at this Parabatai and sighed, "I want to poke this stele in your eyes."

Jimin giggled, "so I'll take that as a yes."

"Whatever, focus now." Taehyung said, keeping his matching stele back in his pocket. (runes drawn by your Parabatai are stronger than the ones you draw yourself.)

Steles look like long, slender twigs, though the length and style vary and may depend on the owner's preferences. There are many different models of steles, the appearance evolving depending on the times. Steles have a sort of aura to them, a ghostly imprint of their owner's personality. When not in use, steles are inert but they warm and glow while drawing runes.

Taehyung was working on the prototype of his new lightweight Shadowhunter Gear that he was himself designing when Jimin burst through the doors of his work-room.

"Dahak demon spotted by the 72nd street" Jimin said while panting.

"How long have you been running?" Taehyung asked his Parabatai.

"Stop asking me questions, let's fucking go Tae" Jimin dragged Taehyung out of the room.

"Dude- my whip" Taehyung stopped by his table to grab his weapon quickly, put on his gear and rushed out with Jimin.

Shadowhunters have basic gear for battle, hunting, protection, and every day carry. Most Shadowhunter gear are black and nondescript.

They had been standing on the street, for almost 50 minutes now, with absolutely no sign of the demon, so Jimin took the opportunity to tell Taehyung about how some of his mundane friends wanted to meet him. He knew how much Taehyung hated people in general, they made him feel awkward.. He knew how sensitive his Taehyung was and always wanted to protect his baby bear but he also knew how important it was for him to start moving out- he can't spend his entire life making stylish Shadowhunter gear, stuck in his room. The poor boy never even had a girlfriend or a boyfriend. Taehyung needed to get out of his comfort zone and the only person who could help him was his soulmate, his best friend, his Parabatai- Jimin.
