It was the next morning when Riley awoke again. She got up and took a shower before grabbing one of Xerxes shirts and boxers putting them on.

Xerxes was still sleeping, so she decided to go downstairs. Something made her look at the kitchen's nook.

Riley saw that the food they didn't finish eating was gone, which made her chuckle to herself before going to the fridge, opening it taking out food.

She proceeded to take out pans and began to cook while flipping over a pancake. She felt someone wrap their arms around her waist before kissing her neck.

"Daddy got you cooking down here, huh?" Xerxes said, making her roll her eyes, blushing before elbowing him in the gut.

"Boy, get off of me." She said, pushing him playfully making him laugh as he when to sit on the island barstools. Xerxes watched as she cooked, making him smile and chuckle to himself as Kamira and AJ walked in.

"Why is Riley here? Do Dad know?" Kamira asked, making Riley turn around slowly, looking at his sibling with a shy smile.

"No, and you won't tell either."

"Give me one reason why I shouldn't?"

"If you do, I'll tell Dad who broke--"

"OKAY- OKAY, I WON'T TELL!" She yelled, making Xerxes and Riley laugh, although he didn't care if she told or not. Around this time, Melody walked in with King as Elijah pushed Riley over to the side, taking over the cooking.

"Can I hold him?" Riley asked Melody as she handed King off, going to the fridge, getting his milk, warming it, and handing his bottle to Ri.

"You and X are going to need the practice," Melody said, making him arch an eyebrow shaking his as Riley's eyes went wide. Making Riley stared at Melody before she began to feed King, probably thinking why Mel would say some shit like that.

"Ignore Mel. She knows nothing," He said, pausing for a moment before speaking again. "I got some news for you, Ri."

"What Xerxes?" She asked, sounding like she didn't know to hear it while looking down at King smiling.

"You can sound a little making chirper about it, but I'm officially staying here for another three months." He said, making her look up at him with a big smile. Melody giggled as Riley's eyes widen again.

"And I don't like it," Kamira added, making them all laugh as she pouted with a deep frown while AJ played with his fingers making Xerxes get going over to him, picking him up kissing his forehead.

"Xerxes, stop fucking lying. Like they said you could?"

"Yep. For three months unless something comes up. Me and you for three months. Oh yeah, they staying too," He said. Her jaw dropped as she started screaming, making Melody quickly grab King and him shaking his head, smiling.

"Sorry, King," Riley said, kissing his chubby cheeks as he looked at her like she was crazy for a four-month-old baby. He had an attitude like his mother.

"Bet." She said as Elijah placed a plate in front of her making her pick up a piece of bacon, eating it.

"What you say that for."

"Because I'm about to drag you into doing so much stuff." She chuckled, knowing she had him wrapped around her finger.

"No, the fuck you're not. Shit Ri, I'm not doing that shopping every fucking day."

"Oh, please, as soon as I make some puppy eyes and frown, you'll do anything for me. Let's not lie." She said, and he flipped her off.

"We just did that, babes."
