Saturday.
It was probably Jade's favourite day of the week. It was the first of the weekend and thankfully not the last. The only two days she could get a rest from work. Moreover, Perrie was clearing the schedule too. So, they were able to dedicate the all 48 hours to each other.
Jade woke up early as per usual. Spared couple of minutes to cherish the gorgeous blonde woman next to her. Stroking her cheek so gently that the touch was merely detectable. She didn't want to wake up Perrie; her girlfriend worked so hard in the studio lately. She deserved to sleep a little late today.
Jade softly left a kiss on her forehead and swung her legs off bed. Quietly going downstairs. Finally, she had time to make a lovely breakfast for them. Like the old times. She recalled a random day. Perrie's sour morning expression and constant headache. Slowly with the time, the features softened and as long as Jade gave her a reason to stop going to the club, the headache evaporated too. But from day one, Jade could tell that Perrie liked having breakfasts with her. It was a small habit they unconsciously created but sharing it was necessary.
Jade sweetly smiled at the memory. She never expected to fall this hardly in love. With whoever. Not to mention the one and only Perrie Edwards that she was just watching from the screen of her phone. Jade suddenly felt so lucky. Like... in this universe their souls met. Among billions of people, Jade crashed into Perrie at the perfect time. She lightly chuckled. How scared she was back then that she might have broken Perrie's ribs.
The ringing of her phone cut the train of thoughts.
"Hello, darling." Jade happily greeted; leaving the phone on her shoulder so her hands could be free.
She didn't want to put it on speaker due to not wake Perrie in some case.
"What are you doing? I haven't heard of you since you started work." Leigh-Anne lamented from the other side of the line.
"I'm so sorry, Leigh, I've been very busy... well, thanks to you."
"You are welcome always. So, how's wifey?" her best friend tittered; referring to Perrie.
"She is good really." Jade mumbled thoughtfully. "Don't worry, Lee, she takes great care of me." she reassured.
Leigh-Anne was always somehow afraid since Jade casually mentioned that Perrie had not very charming issues.
"I'm glad, darling. But just so you know, there is always space in my home for you."
"I know, I know. What's up with you, anyways?"
They chatted while Jade cut the fruits for the fruit salad. She was happy to hear her best friend again and sort of guilty that didn't think first of calling her.
At a certain point, Jade felt a blonde head resting on her free shoulder and pair of arms sneaking around her waist. She stirred her cheek into Perrie's lips as a greeting.
Perrie patiently waited for her girlfriend to end up the call and only curiously peeked above her shoulder to follow what Jade was doing.
When Jade and Leigh hung up, the brunette left the phone aside and turned around; leaned against the counter, taking Perrie's chin in between her tits.
"How did my baby sleep?" she asked; her hands rubbing sweetly Perrie's back.
"Wonderful... since I sleep with you the nights are less scary." Perrie mumbled in baby voice.
