"A tunnel, but how?" My brother demanded.
"There is a border zone diving our world and theirs." Genkai began explaining. "Somehow a giant breech is opening in that zone."
"It is known as the Psuedo Space." My redheaded friend began to explain it. "Tiny portals from it opened from time to time, allowing demons such as Hiei and myself to slip through. But they are rare and quickly closed trapping us."
"Hn. You're wrong old hag." Hiei talked bluntly to the master's direction. "If there were a hole out of this vile world I would've taken it." That made me look at him from the corner of my eye.
'Hiei. . .' I mentally call his name softly, the sadness bubbling up inside of my chest. Even though it wasn't my intention, the Fire Demon heard me, making him look at me with his eyes that softened up for a brief moment. Just a little before he turned back to his usual cold self.
"Getting you to believe me would be a pain in the ass." Master Yara said with a deadpan. "I'll let you see it yourself."
"Enough suspense, where is it?" Yusuke asked the big question.
"Mushiyori City." Genkai's reply made my heart sank into my shoes.
"What?" I breathed out in total disbelief as I feel my eyes open wide. "That close?"
"That's like a Sunday afternoon drive from here." My sibling pointed out, just as shocked as I was. On cue, Botan's briefcase and my own communicator goes off ringing rapidly and loudly.
"I guess that's Koenma." Botan said as she placed down the case, open it and push the button to accept the call from the Prince of Spirit World.
"Botan, are the Urameshi siblings with you?" The toddler asked as soon as the screen showed his face. "It's an emergency."
"We're all here Koenma." Ruby told him politely yet looking firm and serious.
"Wanna tell us about the border tunnel?" Genkai asked the toddler.
"Genkai! I forgot I brought you back to life." Koenma commented with a small laugh.
"Let's not get distracted here." Master Yara spoke up. "You're slow on the update this time, it seems whoever is doing this has used the typical low after the tournament to catch even you off guard. In the last month over thirty humans have come to us for help, suddenly finding themselves to have an assortment of supernatural powers."
"These two are prime examples." Yara's sister said, gesturing her gaze toward Kido and Yana." The traits of the effect did barely but they all share one thing in common. They all came from Mushiyory City." As the information finally sank within his brain Koenma crossed his arms and let out a sigh.
"Hmmm. . ." The toddler hummed out loud. "I guess an itsy-bitsy part of me is happy that the opening's influence hasn't stretched any father yet, but that means that we've already advance into stage two."
"Stage two?" I asked in confusion.
"What does that mean, you move to training pants?" My brother joked making me hit him in the shoulder with my fist.
