The team had no problem on their travel back to the Living World. They all arrived safe and sound. When they got back to the cave however, they were face to face with the Spirit Defence Forces. At first they just froze for a second, but as soon as they see Yusuke in his demon form, they caved in to their fears and hid behind their uniforms while clearing a path for the Mazokus and their friends. The sight made Koenma feel sick of his stomach but he bit his tongue so it won't make any comments or give out a piece of his mind to the captain himself.
"You go on without us Puu, Aki." Yusuke told the two Spirit Beasts while the others hopped off of them. "I'm sure the grandmas will understand once we explained it to them." Puu nuzzled his face to his owner while Aki looked at her master with softened up eyes.
"Don't worry, we will take care of her." Kurama told to the White Phoenix while he turned back to his human form but still held onto his childhood best friend. Aki gave a small chirping sound before caressing the redhead's face with her beak, as her way to say 'thank you'.
Koenma helped Kuwabara with the unconscious Fire Demon, but while they were busy, Yusuke accidentally came across with that giant TV that Sensui once watched before their seemingly Never-Ending Match. He walked over and saw something next to the tape player.
A tape in a perfect condition.
He picked it up and looked at its name.
The copy of Chapter Black. The tape that could twist everyone's mind, and torture their soul to the point so any human would question the meaning of their existence in a way that could make everyone lose their sanity and might end up getting themselves killed. A weapon that might so small in hands, but in reality, is so powerful that could turn everyone into the enemy of Humanity. . . including Sensui himself who just gave in to those believes and not only ended up becoming the villain to Mankind, but his soul got tortured for years and so on. . .
As Yusuke held it in his hands, that's when he remembered the promise, he made for Hiei. He looked at the sleeping demon on Kazuma's back, he got up with the tape within his grasp, and approached Puu again.
"Hey Puu, can you take care of this for me?" The Urameshi boy asked politely as he handed the tape to the giant blue bird who nodded his head and took the object within his beak. "Thanks!" With a small screech from Aki, the Spirit Beasts took off and left through the gigantic hole that is above them.
"Okay, can we go now?" Kuwabara asked his friend before glancing at the SDF soldiers who had been staring at the group of teens, but mainly at the Urameshi siblings. "These guys are giving me the bad vibes here." He commented with a bit of nervousness making the half-breed look at those soldiers again who flinched away as soon as the Urameshi boy settled his eyes on one of them. He scoffed at them in disgust and annoyance before turning back to look at his friends.
"Let's go." Yusuke told them all and just left the place. As they were walking thought, they kept a close eye on those soldiers. On their walk out of the place, Koenma did make eye contact with the SDF's Captain, who was giving the prince a slight shake of his head only to earn the sting eye from the brunette male.
Meanwhile, everyone who took part in the mission was waiting outside at the entrance, waiting anxiously for the main team's arrival. Mai and Amanuma eventually left to their hometown without any problems, but Mitari, he still stayed with the group so he can see if they were all okay.
