Chapter 21

Roxys POV

After school I walk into the station to see Issac and Erica holding Jackson. "Um what?" I ask and everyone turns to me. "Hey." Erica says and I wave.

"Roxy, you know these freaks?" Jackson asks. "From what I know you wanted to be one of us." I say walking infront of him.

"Us? Youre one too?" He asks and I show him my eyes. "Surprise." I say and he tries to wiggle out of Issacs grip.

"Rox." Issac says and I stand up straight to face him. "You look really pretty today." He says with a smirk and I blush before saying thank you.

"So you think hes the lizard thing." I ask and Derek faces me. "Its a Kanima, didnt Stiles tell you." He asks. "Yeah doesnt mean I paid attention." I say and Boyd snorts. I walk over to him.

"So, what do you do?" I ask and he shrugs. "Eat." He says and I snort taking a brownie. "Relatable." I say and he chuckles.

"So we are going to give you something and we are going to see if it works. After all, a snake cant be posioned by its own venom." Derek explains.

Erica then leans forward and opens Jacksons mouth. "Ah dude your breath reeks." I complain and I hear Erica giggle. Boyd looks at her and she smiles at him.

"You like her." I say. He turns to me. "I can smell the admiration flowing off you." I say. "Well then you like Issac." He says. "I know, I kissed him." I say winking as we watch Derek put some of the Kanimas paralizing vemon in his mouth.

Jackson drops and starts seizing before he just lays there. "Well thats shit." I say and get up to walk to Derek what now.

"Now, Jackson gives Issac a clear alibi so he can go back to school, and we kill Lydia." Derek explains and my head whips around.

"No." I say and the alpha turns to me. "No?" He asks and I shake my head. "Lydia got bit Roxy, the only other one who did. Its her." He says.

"But what if its not and Issac or Erica do kill her, hows that gonna look for you. Having a blue eyed wolf in your pack." I state. "I had blue eyes." He yells at me.

"I know! They were gorgeous! But your killing an innocent. You should atleast try to save her first, what if she cant remember when she does it, then she has no idea and you killing her when she has no knowledge." I yell back and he flashes his dark red eyes.

"Oh boo hoo your an alpha, well your not mine." I growl at him before turning around and walking out.

The next day I walk into chemistry to see Issac and Erica looking at Lydia. I see Scott and Stiles slide in beside her.

"Dont be a dumbass." I say grabbing his ear. "Ow, ow!" He yells. "Sit down and act normal. We have to see if shes the Kanima first." I say and he sighs sitting beside me.

"Im sorry." I hear someone says and turn to Issac who has sad eyes. "Its alright, we'll get through it, my windows open tonight." I whisper and I see him nods.

We find out that we have to have partners, all the girls stay in one space and I just focus on the project.

Issac sits beside me. "Hey." He pants and I look up to see his hair a mess and a goofy grin on his face. He looked hot.

"H-hi." I say and he smiles. "Come on, you can be confident now remember." He says place his hand on mine. I smile and so does he.

"Thanks Izzy." I say. "You know I always hated that name, but I dealt with it." Issac admits as I do the project. I snort and he puts his hand on my cheek.

"Anything for you." He whisper in my ear. "Switch!" Harris yells. He moves Lydia and Allison ends up beside me.

"Is he gonna kill her?" She asks. "Not here." I whisper sadly. We all look as people start to eat there crystals. I spit mine out, too sweet.

And I thought there was no such thing as too sweet. Lydia goes it eat hers and it has the venom on it.

"Lydia!" Scott yells and she turns to him. "What?" She asks and he sits back down. "Nothing." He whispers and the girl eats her crystal.

When nothing happens Issacs eyes meet mine and I put my head in my hands. The bell rings do I grab my bag and Lydias hand.

"Were having movie night at Scotts." I say and soon Allison, Jackson and Stiles follow us.

"Oh okay." Lydia says making her hand comfortable. We mame our way to Scotts house and Allison and Stiles make sure everythings locked.

"Um theres been break ins." Stiles says and Lydia looks at him. He then adds a chair. "And a murder." He says and she rolls her eyes.

"Hey can we talk." Jackson asks her and they walk upstairs. I sigh as Allison peaks out the window.

I see Derek and his betas standing out there. "Fuck." I say. Allison and Stiles start to talk out a plan after a while of waiting for Scott.

"Hey, newsflash humans, they can hear you remember." I say and the two turn to me. "Whatever you come up with, they will know every step of it." I say and then I hear footsteps.

Familar ones.

I duck before elbowing the person in the stomach and as they bend over I kick them down. "Its a real shame were on wrong sides baby." I say putting my foot on his chest.

"Window, 12am." I whisper and I see him nod before I let him take me down. I groan as my back hits the floor, winding me and I hear a scream.

I run up the stairs and follow the fast heartbeat. I see Lydia in the bathroom. "Hey come on lets go." I say and when we get downstairs I see Issac and Erica on the floor knocked out.

"Whats going on!?" Lydia asks and I see the Kanima. "Its Jackson." I whisper.
