Shesh, Sirius just had to choose the place furthest from where I was staying. I wondered how everyone was doing back home. I was sitting in the forest by myself completely exhausted and I really wanted to shower right now. The forest was lovely with tall, green trees looming over me and crisp grass underneath my free. My hands could feel the damp moss on the log I was sitting on but I didn't bother to move it away. Shoving some of my hair away from my face I spotted a unicorn running away in the distance. Most people would be astounded at the sight but for me seeing it was as common as seeing a bird.

I was well aware that I was going the right way which meant that there should be a muggle town around two hours away. From the distance, I heard gunshots. The muggles here were hunting and I wasn't going to linger around long enough to see them. Transforming back into a tiger I took off north again.

Eventually I heard some chatter and my heart leaped. I transformed back into myself. My jeans were muddy and my sweater was ripped because I had gotten into a fight with a wolf on my way here. I ventured up the hill to see the small town bellow with a few lights illuminating it in the dark night. The town was tiny and rundown but I knew where the wizard's inn would be. Unfortunately, it was right past the bar.

I walked through the barren streets to see a group of men outside the bar. They were talking softly within their crowd but looked up at me as I passed by. I didn't bother to look at them as I quickened my pace. They were eager to speak but once they saw me enter the wizarding inn they stopped.

"Dude she's going to that creepy inn, don't bother," One of the men grumbled.

Disgusting creeps. I entered and instantly felt at home with all of witches and wizard everywhere. Most of the people residing here were rude and crude but since my travels with Sirius we learnt how to deal with them. I went straight to the front desk to be greeted by the owner who was a familiar face.

"Ms. Ringe! What are you doing out so late? With Sirius Black on the lose you aren't safe alone!" The owner exclaimed.

"I know, Agnes, I am heading over to a friend's house for protection," I lied casually.

Agnes was a much older lady, who was chubby and short with clothes that were always far too large on her. She was a widow who never had any children of her own. Her grey hair was always tied in a lose bun with some strands of hair falling on her face. Her fingers had many rings on them and she had a kind face. Despite her kind face Agnes could be very tricky if you weren't smart enough.  She had a knack for money but if you got on her good side you were safe.

"By foot? Look at the state of you, child!" Agnes fussed.

"Yeah there are some rough paths but I'm getting there," I replied.

"Why don't you just apparate?" She inquired, her eyebrow slowly raising as she leaned forward to hear me better.

"My friend told me to come on foot -"

"But -"

From there on, I cut her off. I knew Agnes and she loved gossip. I refused to give her anymore information so I curtly stated, "I trust his opinion. Now, Agnes, I'm exhausted. May I please have a room?"

She stared at me peculiarly, not fully trusting my story. Nevertheless, she let me go as she flipped open her big book. Agnes went down the page with her quill and wrote my name in a slot before saying, "Alright. I'll give you one of our best rooms with the view of the hillside sunrise. Okay?"

"Thank you so much. I'll only be staying for one night so how much is that?" I pondered, taking out the small bag from my pocket.

"4 galleons."
