"Page 394! Honestly, I'm sick of that number!" Ron complained.

After classes, I went out to sit on the Hogwarts' ground with Andrew so that he could enjoy some fresh air before winter came along with the bitter cold. While I was sitting together when I heard Ron complaining from behind me along with Hermione and Harry.

"Page 394! 394!" Ron mocked. "I'm so sick of him!"

They all say down near me, forming a circle around Andrew who was in the middle. They all looked absolutely annoyed and I couldn't help but laugh at the constantly muttering.

"What's wrong?" I chuckled.

"Professor Ringe, could you talk to Professor Snape?" Hermione asked, pushing her hair behind, with a fine pout on her lips.

"He will only listen to you!" Harry said.

"Why? What happened? And what happened with page 394?" I asked.

"Snape was our substitute today for our D.A.D.A class and that's all he said. He was in a rotten mood as always," Ron muttered.

"He called me an insufferable know it all," Hermione huffed.

"He also gave us so much of homework even though we have Quidditch tomorrow," Harry added.

I turned to Hermione and tucked her hair behind her ear as I reassured, "That wasn't nice of him at all. You aren't an insufferable know it all, you are just an exceptionally intelligent and gifted witch."

"Thank you, Professor," Hermione answered, grinning from ear to ear.

"Why did he give you so much of homework?" I asked.

"Cause he is a git," Ron muttered. That statement only made me cast him a disapproving look. I understood that Severus was being rude but that wasn't right. "I'm sorry but he is! Especially to us. It's not fair."

"Yeah, he always deducts points from Gryffindor and never Slytherin not matter what they do," Harry complained.

"Your should see how horribly he treats his students. You know how he is towards Neville, Professor. His boggart is Professor Snape and that's not right at all," Hermione continued.

I sighed deeply, knowing they had a point. Remus had told me about Neville's boggart and that was horrid. So, I admitted it, "Firstly, I am furious that he picks on Neville so much. We spoke about it but he doesn't listen. Besides, I will admit that he does have an awful temper especially if he doesn't like someone. I'm sorry about it."

"What did we ever do to him?" Harry asked.

"He is just cranky old man," Ron spat.

"I'm almost the same ago as him," I replied awkwardly.

"Well you are different. You look young and you are young. He is young but looks old," Hermione clarified.

"Guys I am dating him," I reminded. To be fair, I did feel rather bad about hearing them say such awful things about him.

"I know but you'd think he would be nicer now," Harry said.

"As for why he doesn't like Gryffindors I'm not sure. Severus has his reasons and they aren't always clear. Cut him some slack for my sake, please?" I requested. "But I do support you three. He isn't being fair at all."

"Oh and today in class he was persistent on trying to make us learn on how to distinguish a werewolf," Hermione added. I looked at her to see her eyes gleaming with interest now. It worried me.

"Pardon?" I asked. I heard them very clearly but I wanted more information on what Severus was doing. I was growing tired of the continuation of the school year arguments.
