There's always karma to those who try to be sneaky. Just like it happened to the fan who snapped a picture of them, her hand had slipped causing her to unknowingly activate the flash on her phone. So, when she tried to take another picture of them the flash went off.
Katrina's eyes widen at the white flash that came from the far corner and she immediately saw the girl with her phone out who tried to pretend she had not taken a photo. Her hand quickly moved to her face covering it already late to do so but just in case.
Tom frowned. "What's wrong?"
"Someone just took a picture of us," she whispers and he turns back making it obvious they knew now. "Tom you don't just turn around!" she huffs.
The famous actor waved over at the girl. "Don't worry, darling. I got this" he stands up and with a bright smile never leaving his face turned to the young fanatic of his. He loved his fans and even if they took a picture of them in a private moment he wouldn't snap or argue with them about it.
Problems are better solved when calm.
"Hello love" the girl felt like her heart was pounding just as fast and hard as a hummingbird as she heard the guy she's had the biggest crush on speak too surely to her. With a pressed smile holding in a squeal and knowing why he was here turns to him.
"Hi" she greets.
Tom had his hands in his pockets smiling at her a humble smile. "I'm sorry to interrupt you guys dinner, but my girlfriend and i were sitting over there and we couldn't help but notice that you took a picture of us" he says his charming smile never leaving his face.
The father of the girl turned to her and raised an eyebrow. "Olive? Is that true?" he hadn't noticed she had taken them a picture. He thought it was just another selfie teenagers these days took.
Tom nodded hearing her name. "Yeah" she sighs looking down embarrassed as she puts her phone on the table.
"Olive. Lovely name you've got," he complimented and not only because he would try to get her to not expose them or delete the picture but because it was a pretty name. "But we would actually like to keep our relationship a secret until we're okay with revealing it and we'd truly appreciate it if you could erase that picture"
Could this man be any more perfect?
What celebrity that she knew of acted like this after they were taken a picture? Sure she liked to think all of them did.
"Yeah, yeah absolutely," she unlocked her phone. "Sorry, I just got too excited and I couldn't help it but," she turned her phone to him and pressed delete now permanently gone from the phone as it was deleted from the recently deleted too. "Gone" she nervously laughed being honest and deleting them all.
It was in the moment of fangirling she took the picture to remember she actually saw Tom Holland in real life, and she was too shy to even walk over. Her older brother who seemed around his starting twenties nudged her forward.
"She has a huge crush on you, and she was having a whole debate on whether she should ask you for a picture" maybe he was being annoying or nice. She never knew with her brother, the ultimate pain in the ass.
Tom Holland smiled at her and extended out his hands. "Why didn't you say so, love" he chuckles.
"You were having dinner with her so i didn't really want to bother you"
"Right. But here, let's take a picture" he says bending down to her level on the seat as she snaps a picture of them now it actually being a selfie. The parents laugh as they watch their daughter get super red.
Olive had a smile from ear-to-ear. "Thank you so much, and again I'm so, or sorry for the picture" she apologized again.
"Don't worry love, it got solved. Enjoy your dinner" he winks her way before walking away but stopping. "Oh and tag me on it" and with that, he went back to his fiance.
Katrina drank her glass of water completely gone as he sat back down. "Everything solved" he smiles and she breathes out in relief putting down the cup.
"Good"
Tom smiles but frowns seeing her plate now empty and her glass of water and champagne gone, along with his. "Darling?" he pointed to the missing food and drinks.
Katrina looked to her side casually. "Oh yeah the um waiter came and took those"
"Just the food? Not the plates?"
"I stress eat and that stressed me and I was starting to get hot in here" Tom lets out a slight loud laugh.
