Chapter 25: lesson learned.

"You didn't have to get me out of that fight, you know. I'm not six years old." Drake breaks the silence between me and him.

"You would've gotten that other eye of yours punched too. You would be legally blind, barley." I hiss, the nurse gave me a nice cold ice pack for Drakes eye.

"I thought you said you wouldn't bother me." He looks at me and then down.

"I won't bother you after this, who else would help you with this eye?" I question him.

He's silent.

"I'm sorry, Vicki."

"For what?" I'm a little irradiated.

And no, I'm not being selfish I'm just not in the mood. I do care for Drake.

"For.......just-shutting-you-up-in the car and for everything." He says it slow.

"You don't have to be sorry for anything. Just leave this ice pack on your eye and head to class." I give him a little push.

He walks away slowly but turns around."That was badass when you punched Alex." He smirks and proceeds his walking again.

I look down to my feet and smile just a bit, I had to punch the bastard.

"Hi." Someone taps my shoulder.

I spin around and find a beautiful blonde that stands in front of me. Her brown eyes fit her blonde hair which you don't get to see alot, her smile is cute and her height is the same as mine.

"Hi, can I help you?" I ask kindly.

"I'm new and I was wondering if maybe you could show me where Science is?" She asks, looking down at her schedule that she has in hand.

"Sure." I take her schedule and look at it for a second, she has all classes the same as mine.

"You have the same classes as me." I smile sweetly.

"Thank god, I'm really nervous." She shakes just a little but at the same time seems happy.

"Okay then, walk with me." I start to walk, she picks up her feet and follows along.

"Oh, I'm Celest, Celest Ross." She holds out a hand for me to shake and I shake back.

"I'm Victoria, Victoria Collin." I give her a toothy smile and look up ahead.

"I know who you are, your very famous where I used to live." She says.

"Really?"

"Yes, everybody practically knows you. I'm very honored to be in front of one of the top models." She clasps her hands together in excitement.

"Thank you but I'm not Oprah." I roll my eyes.

I get it guys, that I'm practically famous but not like woah! Famous.

"Hahahaha true." She nods her head and smiles to the ground.

As we walk down the corridor I spot Daniel walk over to me with a huge smirk on his face. Damn, Daniel you fine as hell.

"Hey Princess." He smiles wide.

"Hi."

"Who's this?" He asks, looking at Celest.

"I-Im Celest." She holds out a hand to shake, her brown eyes turn soft and her jaw drops open.

Yup, there goes the 'hot alert' face.

Daniel is seriously a hot boy.

"Hi, I'm Daniel." He shakes Celests hand.

Daniel turns back to me."I can take you home after school If you want me too."
