Levi POV:

"Mom I'm heading out, see you a couple in of hours." I yell for mom to hear.

"Okay honey be carful, no later than ten." She yells back.

I run up to my black Mercedes car and hop on onto the drivers seat, I start the ignition and back away from my parking space. I drive down various different streets, I pass by Elliotts cafe and as I pass the street in front of the cafe I spot a car crash. Two cars are almost smashed together, the blue car seems to have hit the side of the red car.

I leave the scene, I shake my head. Who could have been the people in those two cars? I hope nobody died. I drive down the steet and turn left into Vickis neighborhood. I park right in front of her drive way. I head up to the front door and ring the door bell. Ms. Areos answers the door but her eyes are blood shut, puffy like if she were crying for hours.

"Levi, what a surprise." She wipes her eyes with the back of her hand.

"I'm sorry if I interrupted in any way, I was just wondering if Vicki is here?" I ask politely.

More tears stream down her face, she breaks down and falls on her knees. I stand there not able of what to do, I crouch down kneeling beside Rachel- Vickis mom- and try to keep her calm. Why is she crying? Did something happen?

"Ms. Areos is everything okay?" I move her blonde hair out of her face.

"Levi, why did she have to go through that, I need to head to the hospital right now." She gets up and dusts herself off.

Hospital.

The car crash I saw.

No car is in Vickis driveway.

That red car belongs to Vickis mom.

I gasp.

"Levi, she was hit by a car."

I freeze, a chill goes through my spine. The inside of my body feels weak, my limbs feel as if they don't work. "Ms. Areos, is she okay? We have to head over to the hospital. Shouldn't you be there already?" I question her to much.

"I called in a cab but it seems that the cab is late, Vicki has my car." She trys to explain everything in a steady form.

"C'mon we can drive in my car."

Please lord, don't let my friend leave.

♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

I run into the sliding hospital doors without waiting for Ms. Areos. The lady at the front seems to be a nice old lady who does care about others, in this situation I think it would be best if I were to ask where Vicki is. "Hello, Is Victoria Collin here in this hospital?" My fingers tap the counter that I'm leaning on very fast. I keep tapping my foot on the floor, I'm to anxious to go see Vicki, she's my best friend and I can't let her go.

The lady looks up with a toothy smile."Give me a second, I'm going to look her up." She says calmly, she doesn't seem stressed.

The hospital seems empty, no doctor's or nurses running around trying to save a patients life. Mostly in movies you get to see how the person that is injured is in a sliding hospital bed and how the other person is right next to them telling them that it's okay. I haven't been to a hospital in so long, the last time I was here was when my mother died.

Sofia isn't my real mom, she's my stepmother. My mother died of cancer, she had breast cancer and then it spread around mostly through her body. I watched her die slowly, her hand was still gripped to mine, she let go slowly, her body was dying. Dad married a new women which is Sofia, she's such a great person. Daniel isn't my real brother either he's part of Sofia.
