My mind wouldn't stop thinking about wanting to continue my fight with Victoria. I sat in class waiting for the bell to ring for my new gym period with my fist clenched against the desk. Deklyn sits next to me staring at me but doesn't want to intrude my mental space and for that I respect him a lot more. As soon as the bell rings Deklyn and I meet in the hall then tells me he needs to make a phone call to his mom and that I should meet him at his car when our day is over. I agree with him and start walking to the gym looking back as he looks confused watching me walk away. He thinks I have art class but before I left school yesterday I switched one of my two art classes for a gym period.

I open the door to the gym and there's already a bunch of people crowding around each other talking in large and small groups. I spot the gym teacher walking out of the male locker rooms and heading right for me. He has a huge grin on his face and he reminds me of a typical American gym coach you would find in almost any modern visual literature.

"Zavesky!" He says saying my last name completely wrong.

"Its Zah-veh-ski." I reply with annoyance in my voice.

"My apologies Zavesky. I heard you're quite the fighter." He says correcting himself.

"And where might have you heard this from?" I ask.

"Oh don't be modest, I know Michael and I saw what you did to Victoria this morning in the parking lot." He teases.

"You're a teacher and you didn't try to stop it? Interesting.." I say pulling out my schedule to view his last name. "Coach Galan." I add.

"I would be intrigued to see what you could do with some of the wrestling team." He chuckles.

"You think some teen meatheads are a challenge to me?" I scoffed.

"Villegas, Whitlock, Remington! Get over here." He calls at three boys wearing jerseys. The boys come jogging over looking at each other confused.

"Boys this is Katarina Zavesky. Zavesky, this is Villegas our top heavy weight wrestler." He says putting a hand on the beefy boys shoulder. He moves behind him to a tall boy with a short cut with long blonde hair on top. "This is Whitlock our middle weight champion." Coach Galan says pointing towards Whitlock as he nods his head at me with a smirk a the corner of his mouth. He finally moves on to the last boy who is lanky but has some muscles. "And this is Remington our light weight class champion." He says gesturing towards all three boys. "Do you still think you can take them on?" He asks.

I could help but laugh it escaped my lips faster than words could.

"You're joking right?" I ask still laughing.

"Villegas go get the mats." He says getting angry. "They'll teach you a lesson little girl." He barks.

I gesture my hands back and forth mocking him. Oooooh I'm so scared. I watch Villegas bring out the mats and throw them on the floor. He may be big and meaty but those are the easiest to take down. Bigger men can't wriggle out of holds like skinny men can.

"Go on get on the mat." Coach Galan says pushing me forward.

I step on the mat and Villegas is smirking at me creepily.

"Are you ready to do this?" Villegas asks me.

I roll my eyes looking at Coach Galan waiting for him to blow his whistle. He blows it as soon as I look over and Villegas charges at me. I duck and roll out of the way getting back on feet as he runs at me again trying to take me down. As he charges I duck down and sweep my leg under his feet making him fall on his side. He gets back up immediately with anger filling his face and his meaty body getting sweaty already.  He grabs me by the wrist trying to throw me to the ground as I use his arm as leverage and climb on top of him and pulling him down to the ground from behind. He falls on top of me but I put his head in a lock. I tighten my grip trying to make him tap out but seconds later he does. I release him and laugh. Coach Galan stands there speechless as he motions over for another person to come over. I look over to see who he's looking at as beef boy coughs like I choked him hard.

"Oh grow a pair I didn't even head lock you that hard." I roll my eyes.

I see Deklyn making his way over to me and Coach Galan. I sit back on the mat with my hands on the ground and behind me. Deklyn looks down at me and looks even more confused than he did twenty minutes ago.

"Kat what are you doing?" He asks reaching down to help me up.

I take his hand and brush myself off looking at Coach Galan.

"Ask Coach to tell you what happened." I say pointing towards him.

"Well?" Deklyn starts getting an attitude with him.

"I wanted to see how she would fair against wrestling champs." He admits.

"You do realize if she would have gotten hurt it would be your ass. You got lucky she can fight Galan. Watch yourself." Deklyn threatens him.

He turns around and grabs me by both of my arms like he's inspecting me.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"Deklyn I'm fine. Don't worry about me." I laugh.

"No I will worry Kat because if you get hurt at all it's my whole ass that gets in trouble." He groans.

"I'm sorry I'll be careful. You want to have a go?" I ask gesturing towards the mat.

"I may not be the smartest person on this planet but I'm definitely smart enough to know that's an absolute death wish." He chuckles as he lets me go.

Am I really starting to fall for this guy?
