Rane dried her then quickly drained the tub with her magic, and rushed to her sister's room. She had to admit having water magic was quite useful when she was bathing since she could control the pressure and the amount, but unfortunately not the temperature. Soon Rane arrived at her sisters room and knocked on the door.

"Come in" Purity said from her bed. Purity's bedroom was light green in color with a floral pattern. It had a lovely canopy bed that had vines and flowers wrapped around it's posts giving the room an enchanted feeling. She had a huge closet with many floral patterned clothes, and a bathroom that had a rainfall shower. Everything about Purity's room was natural and relaxing and perfectly fit Purity. "Hey sis." Rane said while climbing onto Purity's bed. "Can we hangout?" Rane said with the best puppy dog eyes she could muster. "Of course." Purity said. So the girls spent the rest of the evening sitting on Purity's bed doing each other's hair and watching Disney Movies.

The next day Rane had to attend school at the church. They had been off for 2 weeks due to the holidays and we're now going back. The school she attended was called Westbrooks Chapel which was a religious school that taught highly gifted children the basic subjects (English, Math, Science, and History), along with combat training, musical arts, etiquette, and magic training. Also it would divide which rank you would end up with as a starting level once you graduated which was in four years. Everyone started as a Disciple and would advance in the following stages

Disciple

Warrior

Bishop

Priest

High Priest

Heavenly Disciple

Siren

There were only ever 4 sirens in history, but they were said to have been God's eyes and ears, and had magnificent powers beyond anything anyone had ever seen. Also the students were broken up into their magic types for studies and the groups were air, water, fire, earth, light, and dark. Although very few students had light or dark magic. Those at Westbrooks Chapter were at least at the rank at Bishop and had great control of their magic. Most young nobles went to Westbrook, but there were some commoners who were purely off their magic capabilities. Most graduates would go on to work in the church, army, or Royal Assembly but the graduation rate was only 28%. Westbrook students lived on campus.

All faculty members are at least High Priests, and are known as some of the hardest teachers in the land. They have a student government where each year would have four class representatives. The school also had the Elite which was the top ten students in the whole school and to claim a chair they would have to battle an Elite and win. These battles were promoted and special events among the students.

Rane was in her 1st year even though she was already a priest. She was the youngest person in history to make the Elite and holds the 10th chair. This gives her certain privileges such as a special dorm, class selection, overseas school board meetings, and also has the same level of authority as a teacher.

As Rane was preparing her school bag to go on her way, her grandfather came upstairs. "Hey kiddo." He said with a warm smile. Rane and her grandfather had always been close. They connected over how they both were fascinated by movies and old films. Also since Rane's grandfather was a very powerful mage she learned much from him to. "Are you excited to go back?" Grandfather asked knowing what the reply was. "Well I have so much to do. It's pretty stressful. The Elites are planning the Winter ball, I have to refinance the representatives budget, I have to oversee the progress of a new study hall that's being built, and on top of all that I have to attend to my own studies." Rane said with a sigh.

"Well sweetie don't try to do everything at one time. I'm not going to sit here and tell you it will all be easy which it won't, but at the very least it will be rewarding. I know you can do it." Grandpa said, and gave her a warm hug. It amazed Rane how he always knew what to say. It never magically fixed her problems but would help her figure out how to proceed, and figure out the best course of action.

"I will grandpa, Thank you for your advice." Rane said as she put her applicator* in her bag and headed out of her room. Rane would miss her room. It was light in color and had a beautiful bay window. There were bookshelves that gave the room a cozy feeling that would make you want to snuggle up and never leave. There were a couple couches and chairs so that you could read for pleasure. The bed was low to the ground and had a white fluffy comforter that made it look like heaven. There were clouds painted into the wall, and lovely plants that made the finishing touch. Her walk-in closet had lots of blues, and there was a drawer for jewelry. She had a big bathtub that reminded Rane of the ocean.

With one last look she looked back at her room which she wouldn't see until next semester. So she turned around and went to the kitchen where she said goodbye to everyone else. "By Mother, Purity, and Then. Don't miss me too much and I shall see you at Winter ball. Also I will see you sis on campus." Rane said as she waved goodbye. "Yes see you. I can't believe you're on the Elite with me!" Purity said as she held the 6th seat. "Bye Renny, be good and if you need help just call." Hen said while giving her a hug. "Oh my sweet daughter be safe. I shall see you next week. Make sure to bring the guards and you will meet Lindsey there." Mother said while showering Rane with hugs and kisses. With a tear in her eye Rane turned around and started to mentally prepare herself for all of the challenges that she would face at school.
