The twins hadn't long gone back to Hogwarts after Summer brake (goblet of fire- twins are in 3rd year). You and Sirius were lying in bed.
"Y/n"

"I was thinking"

"C-can we have another kid? You can say no of course it's your body it's just I missed everything with Delilah and Lorelei"
"Okay"
"Okay?"
"Yeah we can have another kid"
It's about 2 months later since you started trying, you'd felt kind of sick for a few days and hoped you were pregnant. You went out and got a test.
"Sirius"
"Yeah darling"
"I just took a test.."
"What does it say"
"I haven't looked yet"

"Okay then... 3...2...1"
You see two pink lines. You jumped into Sirius' arms.
"Your pregnant!"

You go to your 4 month scan.
"It's twins"

You get back to the house.
"How was it, is the baby okay?"
"The baby's fine but... it's twins"

He pulls you into a hug being cautious of your bump.
2 months later and Delilah and Lorelei were back from Hogwarts.
"Mum!!" They both ran towards you being careful not to hug to tight.
"Hello darlings.. you ready to go home"
"Yeah let us just say bye to Ginny"
"Alright"
They say bye to Ginny and you arrive home.
"So do you want to know the genders"
"Yeah!"
"Okay Sirius do you want to tell them"
"Okay... well their both boys!"

"Yeah"
About 3 months later, you get a sharp pain in your stomach, your in labour.
"I-I can't do this"
"Yes you can darling, your the strongest person I know"
"They are adorable" Sirius

After awhile you decide on names.
"Noah Remus Black and Theo Sirius Black"
2 months later Lorelei and Delilah are home for Christmas (Oder of the Phoenix)
"You ready to meet your brothers?"
"Yeah!!" Delilah
"This is Noah Remus Black and this is Theo Sirius Black"
