it's Love

The Reasons

Luke's POV

I thought about Joel for a while and I thought about all the reasons why I love him and why he  would leave me and I just wanted to cry and I just couldn't so I let it all out crying with tears

I wanted my brother back.

Joel's POV

I walked out of the hospital and started the car and when I looked up I see pictures of Luke like many of them and I started to panic and I yelled Luke! and I ran out of my car and ran back inside of the hospital rushing back to Luke's room and I see him just laying there crying and I ran to him then I hugged him saying I love you Luke and Luke just stood there and like a second later Luke hugged me back and he said quietly we are brothers forever and I looked at him straight in the eyes and I told him all the reasons I love my little brother Luke.

Luke's POV

After I hugged Joel it was awkward then my doctor came and gave me medicine and had told me it was best if I stayed here to get better and Joel was right here by my side make sure  I was okay and the doctor told me if I should maybe start walking for my warm-up and Joel was there to help me and he helped me walk because my weakness but once I was done with my warm-up, Moriah visited us she gave me a heating pad for my stomach but once she had handed the heating pad to me I started having pain my stomach so I walked in the bathroom waiting to gag just waiting to see what comes next. I waited and Joel walked in and rubbed his hand on my back intell I started gaging, well you should know what I'm talking about so anyway Joel was next to me and like 10 minutes later Joel told me I should take a shower so I put my hospital gown on and I walked out of the restroom and just sat in the chair Joel was and I just waited to relive my stress intell Joel said I know its hard Luke just me we are going to get through it together.

Joel's POV 

After I told Luke that I put my hands on his shoulder and started to pray * 1 minute later* Luke said he is thankful to have a brother like Joel witch is me. I told Luke that I had to go and do some work and Luke said okay I will talk to you later with a frown face and I hugged him really tight and said okay I will see you too then I let go of him and I saw him smile and I smiled back saying bye.

( Next day )

Joel's POV 

I woke up and got dressed and ate breakfast then I left going to the hospital I went in his room and I see Dr. Babber taking blood out of Luke 

they had to run more test on him and he was in more pain than last time I came over and I walked toward him and showed that our new song had came and it was late because what had happen to Luke

when I showed Luke he had a big smile and I said do you like it and he said yes I love it Joel and right before I know it he started coughing and I said are you okay and he said yeah I'm okay and I smiled saying maybe when you get better we can spend time together and make more songs and Luke said that's amazing Joel then I said now get some rest my little brother and Luke smiled and said thank you, Joel then about 5 minutes Luke had already had fallen asleep like a big baby and I  wanted to walk around to stretch my feet because they where started to get numbed.

Luke's POV

I had fallen asleep and Joel was there on his phone sitting down on the chair and like 20 minutes later I woke up and I see Joel was gone then I said to myself he maybe went to the restroom so I went back on the bed and just laid there just looking at my hand just hoping I would get better soon but then I got up from the bed and walked out of my room trying to walk and I see nurse everywhere and then people were everywhere and I tried to walked and I fell and I just laid there on the floor and I was dizzying that's why I feel then people started sounding me asking questions if I am okay then the nurses rushed to me carrying me and I all could hear is the nurses saying Luke can you hear me and I just closed my eyes then I heard a voice it sounded like Joel and I opened my eyes and Joel was there saying, Luke what happened and I just passed out.

Joel's POV

I tell Luke what happened and he just passed out and they rushed him to a room and I was just crying in his room he was in before any of this happened and I said yelling why did I leave his room! then I fell on my knees covering up my face with my hands crying, I wish I was a better brother to him, not a brother who doesn't care for him.

I want to take care of him and love him and I can't do that with stress all over me and him a brother is supposed to take care not put more stress on him than the moment I said that a doctor comes in and it was Moriah! what are you doing here and why are you a doctor then she said Joel I am a doctor and I want to help you brother then I looked up at her and ran to her hugging while saying thank you and she said you want to see him and I looked down at my feet and frowned and she put her hand on my shoulder then said Joel, it's okay then I said no it's not okay then I said this is my fault then Moriah said Joel it's not your fault then she kissed me on the cheek and said trust me and she walked off then I looked up and I followed her to Luke's other room and once I walked up in his room he had a pale face and I walk next to the bed  and  I see him asleep and I see tubs all over him and I can see he was barly breathing then I  put my hand with his and took a deep breath and sighed and once I was going to leave to go to Moriah I wasn't  ready. once my hand was going to leave Luke's hand Luke squeezed it before I left and I was shocked then I just stared at him and then I looked at my hand then I said, Luke? and he slowly opened his eyes and turned facing me then I said are you okay Luke I'm really sorry I wasn't there for you * crying * then Luke mumbled something and I handed him his water and I said Luke I love you then Luke said.........I love you too Joel and I hugged him and we both started crying with Moriah in the background crying with happy tears.
