Chapter 11- Getting to know you

Before we went to sleep, we set an alarm for 6 am, we both couldn't wait to see Miguel, we went to take a shower Aisha went to her bathroom, and I went to a guest bathroom. We got out got dressed, I didn't really care about makeup, but we both put a little on not much, just mascara and lip gloss. We got our bags together and headed outside her room, she told her parents we were going to hang out with the gang, and I waved goodbye to them and thanked them for letting me stay the night. We headed out, and made our way to the park. 

'MIGGY! Are you awake?' -Me 

'Miguel are you okay?'- Aisha sent 

'Ah so you guys wanted to wake up and see him asap.' -Demetri

'Yeah, but he wont answer.' -Me 

'He probably is tired.'- Eli 

'Yeah your right.' -Me

'We should meet up so we can worry together' -Aisha 

'how about breakfast?' -Eli 

'Sure I'm down.'-Me 

'Me too'-Aisha 

'Me three'- Miguel 

'MIGGYYY!"-Me 

'Omg bro you good?' -Demetri

'I'm okay, just a couple bruises, and cuts, sore as hell, but am fully functional'- Miguel 

'Awesome, we can catch you up!' -Eli sent 

'About what it was only one night?' -Miguel 

No one answered him, we just decided that we would go to a small diner, Me and Aisha weren't far away so we walked, and Demetri and Eli got a ride from Deme's mom, and Miguel's mom insisted to drive him, Me and Aisha got there early, she we just waited outside. A couple minutes later, Miguel showed up, we ran and gave him soft hugs. He laughed, and we made jokes back and it wasn't long before Eli and Deme were walking to us. Hey dabbed him up, and we made our way into the dinner, we sat at one of those curved tables meant for bigger groups, and sat down. I sat next to Eli and Aisha, and Miguel was in-between Aisha and Demetri.  A nice girl came and took our order, I got a hot chocolate, Deme got a sprite, Miguel got a Dr. Pepper, Aisha got a lemon water, and Eli got a chocolate milk. I'm not sure why, but I thought that him getting a chocolate milk was the cutest thing ever.  I had my hand on my lap, and felt Eli's hand go on my knee, and then my hand. I really wanted to get some alone time with Eli, I wanted to get to know him SOOO bad. Aisha told them all about what Yasmine did, and how I acted. After that we told him what we did to Kyler's house. He laughed a little, but asked us if we were sure he had no clue it was and we reassured him. We ordered our food, every once and a while I would steal a fry from Eli who got lunch instead, and he would take some of my fresh fruit. Miguel told us his mom wanted him home soon, he hadn't told her who did it because he knew it would only cause more problems. Demetri said that he had to get home, he told his mom about the whole thing, and she just wanted him to stay home this weekend until things settle. Aisha decided to go home as well, she thought it was best to tell them the truth incase anything else comes from it. I didn't want to go home this early so I asked Eli if we could hang out, and he said we could at his house, his parents were celebrating their anniversary, so they went out to eat, and then went to a cabin for the weekend. We said our goodbyes to our friends, we started to walk to his house. 

    "I can't beleive his mom isn't lettin him do karate anymore." I said Eli had grabbed my hand. 

    "I know, just as I was about to start too." Eli stated.  

    "Seeing as how my dad reacted I'm not sure if there is still going to be a dojo." I said 

   "Dang." He mutterd 

   "If he does close down, I'm skrewed." I said, we made it to his house, he pulled out his key, and we walked in. 

   "What do you mean?" He closed the door behind me. 

   "Well, only Robby, and Miguel know, but I was planning on trying and moving in with my dad." I said we made our way up stairs, and to his room.

   "Really?" Eli asked he set his bag down and laid on his bed. 

   "Yeah, I want a fresh start, after the boarding school, I want to have a good foundndation," I looked around his room, saw a bunch of comic books, funko pops, and other adorable 'nerd' things. 

   "Living with your mom is worse than with your dad?" He asked  me puzzled. 

  "Well, I haven't seen my mom in 3 years, she is in New Mexico right now, and she forgets about us alot, Robby said that she forgets at least one bill to be paid." I said sitting down at the foot of his bed. 

   "I'm sorry y/n." He scooted closer and held my hands. 

  "It's okay, I was just hoping that Miguel could bring it up to him this week, but sadly im not to sure if im going to be able to have that option." He rubbed his thumb on the back of my hand, it eas really soothing. I squeezed his hands before getting of the bed and heading to his funko pop collection. I grabbed one turned around. 

  "I have this one," I said giggleing trying to lighten the mood. 

   "Really?! You collect Funko Pops?" He asked. 

  "Yeah it started when I went to the boarding school, Robby got me Wanda, and it grew." I stated putting it back and looking to see if I have anymore that he does. I felt him approaching, He was really tall compared to me I could tell he was right behind me and my heart started to beat really fast. 

  "Did he get you Wanda because she is a twin?" He said grabbing one off of the top shelf. 

  "Yeah, He couldn't gind on of Pietro." I said still admiring his collection, he showed me the one he grabbed.

  "is that Vision?" I took it out of his hand.

  "Yeah, I'm trying to get the whole avengers, so far I have half." He said, I handed it to him, and he put it back on the shelf. I made my way to his bed, and sat on the edge, He went and sat against his head board.

  "Feel like watching some Marvel?" He asked he had a huge grin on his face, I nodded my head really fast, he grabbed his laptop, and pulled up marvel movies. We decided on watching the first avengers. He patted the spot next to him, it was inbetween the wall and him, I crawled, over and plopped down. During the movie I grabbed his hand, and put it around my shoulders, He was suprised and looked at me, I smiled at him, and he returned one. I cuddled upt to him, and it was nice. After the movie ended, we decided to watch another, I fell asleep, cuddling Eli. This was nice, something diffrent.I felt him lean his head on mine. I could smell his cologne, heard his heart beat. 

  I woke up to Eli, shifting trying to stand up, but trying not to wake me. 

"What's going on?" I muttered yawning, "Omg did I fall asleep." 

"Oh no your fine, I'm sorry I didn't want to wake you up," He said he sat back down next to me, 

"No it's okay, I want to spend time with you, not sleep." I giggled. 

"You were pretty cute when you were sleeping." He said really quite, a blush grew on his face, and mine. 

"Eli, I-I like you." I stated. 

"I like you too." he replied. 

We both smiled ear to ear, I hugged him, when we pulled away, we were really close, I thought about leaning in and kissing him. I decided not to, I needed to talk with him. 

"umm, I know this is dumb, but I was always told to talk and get to know someone before getting involved with them." I said really nervous, "And that's what I want to do, I want to get to know you, the real Eli." 

"That great, I know we like eachother, but I don't know alot about you, and visversa." He said. 

"Exactly, so we can talk for a while, but I'm not sure im ready right now to be uh, boyfriend and girlfriend." I said nervously. 

"I understand, I'll wait until your ready to move up on our. relationship" We both were blushing alot. I can't wait to get to know him.
