The next morning, instead of being his normal frazzled self, when Aunt Petunia had her soirée, he was very calm, because he knew the people he was cooking for. He liked the people he was cooking for. He went downstairs to the Kitchen to find his dad making breakfast for them and said "morning," James smiled and said "morning, Harry, slept well?" "Yes, you?" James smiled and said "amazing," James flicked his wand to get the food to cook for itself and said "are you sure you can cook for 25 people, Harry? I mean, that's a lot," Harry waved his hand dismissively is what James thought but what Harry was actually doing was taking over the breakfast, "I can do it, I've done worse, you just have to be good at math and cooking," he said as he got up and started cooking.

Harry hated the idea of using magic to cook. He thought of cooking as an escape from the Dursleys' wrath and even though he didn't have to go back there, he found cooking oddly therapeutic, which is why he didn't like it when people used magic for it. And it's not like he couldn't use magic, he was rather skilled at wandless magic and thought of himself quite good at it, he thought of magic as something that was an escape from the Muggle World, and cooking as an escape from both.

He finished breakfast as James turned into his stag form and 'screamed' real loud in the Right Wing. Harry laughed as he set the plates, and served everyone in equal proportions. Everyone came down, he wished everyone a good morning and kissed Draco, earning a groan from Ron. Harry looked at him and he said "we get it, you love each other, but please stop snogging in front of us, our boyfriend and girlfriends aren't around," Harry rolled his eyes and sat next to Draco. Ten minutes into breakfast, the house elves appeared and were a little shook when they saw everyone eating. Harry got off his seat and pulled out three more plates for the elves and said "sit," they obeyed as Harry served them and continued eating as they slowly began including the elves in their conversations as well. Issy insisted on clearing the plates as they got dismissed so Remus let them and Harry started picking out his outfit for the evening.

He decided on a white t-shirt and blue pants and a leather jacket for about ten minutes, an outfit which Uncle Padfoot would definitely approve of. Draco decided to wear a jumper and jeans, again something which Harry thought he looked ethereal in. Ron and Hermione wore t-shirts and pants, while Sirius wore a Queen t-shirt with his signature leather jacket and jeans. Remus wore his jumper and sweats, while Lily wore a rather sweet yellow jumpsuit and James stuck to his AC/DC t-shirt with blue jeans.

Harry went to the kitchen and found some cookbooks which his mother thought he'd find helpful, she wasn't wrong. He decided to try something new and make some Indian; butter chicken and aloo kulcha, simply meaning a spicy chicken curry and some potato flatbread. Harry followed the recipe to the T, and yelled at people when they came to taster to help and finished and tasted the food. Separately and together, and oh mother of Merlin, that was Harry's best work so far.

The others came down, ten minutes before everyone was to arrive and tasted, ate an entire plate worth of food. Thankfully Harry had made enough for thirty, including the house elves. Harry loved the house-elves and hated giving them work, but because that was what they loved, he gave them small tasks to satisfy them. They praised him, Ron got on his knees and Harry blushed like a tomato, and Draco kissed his cheek and said "that's amazing, love, I'd eat that everyday and be happy," Harry replied with "I'll make that everyday, only to make you happy," Draco smiled warmly and said "you make me happy just the way you are," and Remus said "oh just get married," everyone laughed and agreed while Harry and Draco blushed beet-red and smiled awkwardly.

The Floo started roaring green and everyone started coming in. First, came Pansy and Mrs. Parkinson, then came Blaise and his mum, Lily went and picked up Hermione's parents and came back within ten minutes. Hermione gleefully hugged them and hugged Blaise and Pansy. The Malfoys came in and Sirius greeted Narcissa by saying "always late aren't ya?" She dramatically flipped her hair and said "we were raised to be late, bitch," even though Mr. and Mrs. Granger gaped at them they laughed along and Sirius said "which is why you failed in first year," Narcissa punched him on the arm and messed up his hair. Sirius straightened and said "oh you better run," she quickly took of her heels and started running around the house, with Sirius ten steps behind her, slowly losing his breath, astonishing everyone in the room, including Lucius.
