thirteen. anniversaries

Harry was so excited for today and he didn't even try to hide it. He woke up beaming and rushed to the Slytherin Common Room and then decided to wake Draco up. He called Issy and asked her to make some breakfast for Draco. He pushed his hand through Draco's hair and kissed his forehead. Draco's beautiful grey eyes flitted open and Harry smiled and whispered "Happy Two Years, babe," Draco smiled and pulled Harry in for a kiss and said "same to you, my love," Harry gave him his breakfast and ate half of it himself and asked Gilly to take it away. They were too early for breakfast, so Draco leaned in and kissed, something that turned heated very fast.

Harry was soon being fucked and loving it. They cleaned themselves and stayed in until it was time for their first class. Harry had to teach another day and so he reached his class preparing for the Second Years. He taught them deflecting spells and Disarming Spells and today he'd have to teach fourth years as well. The classes got over and they were soon at dinner and then Ddraco had to teach Astronomy to Fifth Years. Harry reached there with Draco, ten minutes earlier than normal, as they set up cushions for everyone to sit on. People started coming in and Blaise said to them "thankfully you weren't doing anything... add your own adjectives," Draco rolled his eyes and said "sit on your cushion and shut up," he started the class as Harry paid attention to the constellations that they were learning about.

Class was over in an hour and Draco said "Mr. Potter, please wait back," in a smooth tone and Harry said "yes?" as everyone smirked at each other knowing that someone was going to get laid. Draco flicked his wand and the cushions turned into a bed and he plopped himself down on it. Harry followed suit and leaned on Draco's shoulder, Draco smiled at the beautiful boy in front of him who was watching the stars, trying to find one he knew. Draco smiled as his hand slid towards his robe pocket, feeling the tiny red, velvet box in there, right next to his heart. He knew he was going to chicken out if he didn't do it now. So, he stood up and started the music he brought along and gently took Harry's hand and placed a soft kiss on his knuckles. The music started as Elvis Presley's voice rang in the air around them.

He took Harry's waist and said "I love you," Harry smiled and said "I love you too," and they danced until the song ended and they slowly leaned in. Draco had planned all of this out, there'd be fireworks, Harry would look at them, he'd get down on one knee. He knew they were too young, but just sealing the deal would be okay now, they didn't have to think about marriage marriage right now. He spoke to Remus and Sirius about this and Sirius said that Euphemia and Fleamont had given them their blessing in fourth year itself and Sirius proposed in the summer before fifth. And of course, Remus and Sirius told Lily and James who gave Draco their blessing on the spot. He spoke to Ivy, Ron and Hermione and everyone Harry cared about including McGonagall for all of their blessing and James and Lily gave him the family Heirloom ring as well.

He had it all set. Any moment now, Hermione and Ron would set off the fireworks. Three... two... one... they were there. Harry's face was totally entranced and he asked Hermione to charm the Fireworks, which he bought from Fred and George, to read the words 'Will You Marry Me?' Harry read the words as he stood with his hands on the railing and said "who d'you think's getting engaged tonight?" Draco rolled his eyes as another set of Fireworks that said 'Harry, turn around' because he knew Harry would do this. He smiled as he saw Harry's face morph into one of disbelief and got down one knee. Harry's face started freezing and Dracos started "Harry James Potter, you have been the only one I've loved in my entire life, I've loved you more than myself, which is a lot to beat and I've loved you ever since I kissed you in that Broom Closet and I was going to propose in there, but it's not as romantic as this with Fireworks and you being oblivious enough that I had to put a second message to tell you to turn around," Harry chuckled as he felt tears roll down his cheeks.
