the potters walked through king's cross on august 31 with their trunks and their cages and their parents. harry held onto euphemia daisy potter's shoulder as he looked at her and said "ready, my love?" she nodded nervously and said "yes, dad," he smiled as they ran into the platform. draco took their twins cedric rebeus and jasmine hannah while ivy took hers and ginny's children. ron and blaise brought little millie along with as hermione and pansy took rose with them and ran onto the platform. 

they reached the train and saw all of their school friends as percy and oliver told their children what to do. harry smiled at them and helped them with their trunks as james, lily, sirius and remus came onto the platform and hugged and kissed their grandchildren goodbye. they always came on fridays for dinner and the children went there if fridays were before the moons. teddy and regulus were doing their last years and regulus was openly a werewolf, who people loved because of the way he spoke to people. not one person in hogwarts hated him. no one could possibly be mad at him. 

they were both on the quidditch teams as seekers and harry often payed seekers games with them. euphemia, mia as they called her, was a first year and harry had bets with draco that she'd be in ravenclaw. cedric was in slytherin and jasmine was in gryffindor. they were both prefects as they had gone on their papa and always scored well. they also played for their houses. harry hugged everyone as he got onto the train and hoisted millie into his arms and said "come with me?" she nodded eagerly and he stroked her hair and said "did blaise do your hair?" she nodded and said "don't let him, it'll be plastic one day," she chuckled and harry brushed his nose against her. draco put his hands on the small of harry's back and said "it's 10:59," harry kissed everyone's cheek and hugged them and got onto the train like he did every year, with his husband and his sister and his children, who practically grew up there.

his family smiled at him as the train started moving and huffing and puffing. harry looked out of the window and waved to his family until they were out of sight. he sat down and mia immediately cuddled into his side. he stroked her hair until she fell asleep and leaned on draco's shoulder until he fell asleep. they reached hogwarts and harry sat on his normal seat, looking into the crowd as he saw his baby get sorted into ravenclaw with a hat stall, just like ivy's sorting and smiled at her as she beamed and made her way into ravenclaw sitting next to lara longbottom, neville's and luna's kid. he ate as his hand found itself in draco's and he smiled.

now, all was well.
