'Hello!' Quinn spoke down the phone, dragging out the o as she saw Louis making his hair look slightly less messy. It looked like he had just woken up, not that the girl minded, she found his hair looking like that very cute.
He was sat at his chair, Quinn liked how of all chairs he had that one. She had started to notice how easily distracted she got by minor details in everything, getting evident as she was looking at a small crack in the wall behind her monitor for a minute or two.
'You okay?' Louis noticed how focused she was on something, and she wasn't online on the world so she must be looking at something else.
'Oh, it's nothing, just waiting for Minecraft to load' It was almost as if she was slightly embarrassed about it, not that Louis cared at all about it, but a feeling somewhat similar to that overcame her.
As the world loaded in, Quinn noticed she wasn't in the same place she was before. Instead, she was in a flower field in the middle of no where. She didn't remember logging off here, remembering that she had logged off in the middle of a forest, in a little open area.
As her character spun round, she realised she was in the same place as before, only there were flowers and a waterfall there. It was aesthetic, it looked oddly familiar to something she had seen before.
And yet again, she recalled telling Louis that she really wanted to make this one photo that she found on Pinterest in Minecraft. So clearly, when she had logged off, Louis had logged on to change it up.
'You like it?' Louis, well Ranboo, came up behind her, dropping another lily of the valley for her. It was too heartwarming, Quinn smiled widely at the view, crouching repeatedly in front of the other character on her screen.
'Yes! It's so pretty!' making her character walk around the little area she was confused at how something in Minecraft could look so pretty.
It was little acts like this, sure it was in a block game, but they meant a lot to Quinn. They made her feel more appreciated, more as if she was a part of something, rather than the quiet outsider who just got to watch and listen on.
'Good, I got Niki to help me, Nihachu? You watch her right?' Louis knew that Quinn watched the Dream SMP, and saw some correlations between the streamer and his... friend?
'Yeah, yes I do, she seems like a really sweet person' Quinn looked up to the streamer quite a bit, she seemed to be such a great inspiration for the younger generations now growing up with these Minecraft Youtubers.
'Huh, strange, she said the same about you' Louis grinned as he saw how shocked Quinn looked as she heard him say that. One of the people that she had watched and grown to see as a great role model thinking that about her? That was incredible!
'I mean, there's no way she would say that about me, I mean...' Quinn didn't really believe it, she couldn't really. Someone as amazingly talented and kind as Niki wouldn't think that about her, would they? No, of course not, she'd probably just act as if she was just another person.
'Get discord really quick' Louis said, an idea springing into his head. Quinn was slightly skeptical in the moment, but downloaded it to her phone, she didn't have that much space on her pc.
'Ok, done' she didn't even question it, she had been meaning to get it for a while, so this was at least an excuse for her to get it.
'Your user?' he asked, typing away to someone on there as he spoke, a small grin trying to creep on his face as they said they could call.
'It's quinn0000' she said, a request coming through from the boy, only on his name he was known by from the public.
'Ok, I'm gonna call you on there, pick up ok?' he looked into the camera, to which Quinn nodded, the FaceTime ending and a voice call starting on there.
Quinn thought nothing of it, just thinking that he did that in case he called the wrong person. 'Ok I'm back' Quinn had a positive tone to her voice, she had seemed rather perky all day, a nice change for herself.
'Wait, let me just do this really quick, I'm gonna be recording so just please just call me Ranboo, it saves me editing it' Louis, well Ranboo said, Quinn giggling whilst saying yes.
'Ok, I'm here with pretty girl, also known as Quinn' she said into the call, Quinn was shocked by the first part, but then remembered most of his fans knew her as pretty girl and didn't think much of it.
'Oh and I'm also here with Niki' he typed NOW to the streamer as she was added to the call. Quinn's jaw dropped, not only was she shocked at how late it must be for Niki, but she was also shocked that she was actually in a call with Niki.
But he must be joking, he probably just got a friend to pretend to be Niki to mess with her, she would laugh if he did, it would be a great prank idea actually.
She was about to laugh slightly at Ranboo, until she was cut off by someone with a very familiar German accent saying 'Hello?'
