Easter is just around the corner so I thought this recipe is perfect to celebrate this time of year. They are quick and easy to make and super yummy.
Ingredients:
200g milk chocolate
4 large shredded wheat biscuits (90g)
32 mixed chocolate eggs (102g)
16 Easter themed cupcake casesMethod:
1-Brake up the chocolate and melt in a small bowl placed over a pan of simmering water.
2-Pour the chocolate over the broken up shredded wheat and mix together.
3-Spoon the mix into 16 cupcake cases.
4-Press the back of the spoon to create a nest shape.
5-Place 2 mini eggs on each nest and chill for two hours until set.
