My brother dropped skye and Mikey off at their house and took me home.
He told me that he was going back to his apartment and my mom will be back home in a few hours.
I went inside and took a showers and got into comfy clothes and went into my room and put some music on and chilled.
I was watching a movie when I got a incoming call. It was from Mikey.
" beautifullll " he says once I answered the call.
" what do you want " I say giggling knowing he wanted something.
" what I can't call and say something nice without wanting anything " he says.
I looked into the frame and saw that he was playing a game.
" you never call me saying something nice without wanting anything " I say playfully rolling my eyes.
" ight ight " he says looking into the phone.
" would you like to come to the carnival with me and some other people tomorrow?" he asks while looking into the frame.
" what time " I ask turning off the movie and the lights in the room and getting into bed.
" prolly around 9 I think " he says.
My mouth made a mmcht sound " you know my mom not gonna let me go around that time " I say bummed out.
" I gotchu just be ready by the time I come and get you " he says.
" Mikey you she won't let me go just ask someone else " I say.
" I don't wanna go with anyone else y/n and when I say I gotchu I gotchu for real " he says.
" okay but what about the party tomorrow? " I ask him.
" not really my scene " he says.
" and a carnival isn't really mines " I say stubbornly.
He looked at me again and sucked his teeth. I laughed.
" how about we go fishing then? " he asks.
" at nine at night? " I asked confused
" change of plans I come pick you up at five in the morning we go fish and watch the sunset and the rest of the day is all yours " he says.
" sounds like a plan Mr. Williams " I say cheesing like crazy.
" Alright night bubbs " he says.
I looked at him weirdly .
" eww you haven't called me that since like forever " I say laughing uncontrollably.
" alright alright night bro " he says then hanging up the phone.
I kept laughing then texted him good night.
That's when my mom sent me a voice message. I clicked it and listened to it.
" hey baby I won't be able to come home early I have three surgeries tonight and a long shift tomorrow so have a good night baby I'll see you tomorrow night, I love you " she says with her raspy tired voice.
The voice message ended and I sighed and sent one back. I quickly fell asleep after.
4:10 am.
I woke up and I saw my phone ringing.
I pick it up but the bright light immediately hurt my eyes making me turn away from it.
" hello?" I say into the phone with confusion.
" y/n open the door " I heard Mikey say through the phone.
I looked through my window and saw that his car was parked outside the driveway. I got up and went to open the door.
" I didn't think you was actually gonna come, I thought you were play " I say walking and almost falling over.
" get ready and let's go " he says waiting in the living room.
" I'm staying in this lemme just brush my teeth real quick " I say going upstairs.
I went upstairs and brushed my teeth fixed my hair a little and took a blanket and went back downstairs.
" ight let's go " I say waiting for him to get out so I can close the door.
He got out and I locked the doors and we both went into his car.
I looked at him.
" the sun isn't even up yet " I say looking outside and it was still dark.
" good we can watch the sunrise while fishing " he says driving off.
The car ride was silent but he opened the windows and the wind was blowing through the whole car.
I layed my head by the window and watched the nature pass by.
After a while we reached the bocks and we got on a little boat and drove off future in the waters.
After a while the sun started to rise so I sat down and watched it rise.
" I'm gonna enjoy these memories when we go off to college an stuff " I say looking at the glistening water.
" we're still gonna see each other " Mikey says still trying to catch fish.
" you don't know that " I say.
" we grew up together but once we go out for college we're probably gonna be on the opposite ends of the earth " I added.
" wherever you go I'll go " he says laughing.
I knew he was joking.
" you tryna hit the party later today? " Mikey asks.
" I thought it wasn't your scene " I say throwing a little bit of water on him.
" bro chill and it isn't, I'll go if you go " he says.
I looked at him weirdly.
" the Mikey I know used to push me, lowkey bully me because I was a teachers pet now you wanna hang around me more " I say chuckling at the old memories.
" the least I can owe you after the whole Bryce situation " he says with a serious look.
I fell silent for a minute.
" the Bryce situation is not your faulte Mikey " I say.
" but he's my friend and I don't want you think that's how I act too " he says getting up and sitting near me.
I nodded.
After a few hours or so we started to head back to land.
We got back into the car and he immediately rolled down the windows since the hot blazing sun started the shine.
We drove off and he took me home. We arrived after a couple minutes.
" thank you for the morning m " I say waving bye.
" no problem and love you y/n an you know if you ever wanna talk I'm here " he says.
