(Jimin's POV)

As Yoongi got up to continue socializing and drinking, I set my plan into motion. Well it was more like a, keeping thinking of more stuff as you go, kind of plan.

The guards were all focused on Yoongi, making sure the Prince himself was safe. Which meant the throne was unprotected. I eased my way through the crowd and then made a break for the golden chair. The big seat was the center of the room and as I sat down in it, dress and legs thrown over the arm of it, I could begin to feel people looking at me. People began gasping and whispering and suddenly the man who was speaking for Yoongi earlier began yelling.

"You there! How dare you a lowlife, disgrace the throne by-" he continued on as I saw the royal guards begin towards me, that's when I saw that Yoongi had finally turned around. His eyes were on me, unlike the others who held expressions of disgust, shock, and outrage...he seemed curious as if he didn't know what to make of me or what I was trying to do. Just as a guard neared me, I jumped down and ran across the ballroom floor. I could hear the sound of heavy footsteps chasing after me. I ran up to where Yoongi was, his mouth was a little agape and the red wine in his glass caught my eye. I took the glass from him, downing it as I had seen Jin do before, and then took his face and pressed an alcoholic kiss to his lips. I expected- well I wasn't sure what I expected, but as onlookers yelled and whispered, the prince kissed me back. It wasn't long though because I quickly separated, taking the crown atop of his head and placing it on mine.

"You could go to prison for something like this." Yoongi said after a quick moment, his eyes wide but held a spark of excitement.

"Well I guess I better run then." I smiled before kicking off my heels and sprinting towards the exit. The guards were right on me, and I heard one shout,

"Close of the exits! Someone catch him!"

I bumped into people on the way, many throwing insults and some throwing objects. I saw that near the doors, on the slow decent was a vertical gate. I knew if it closed then I would definitely be trapped here. I forced as much energy and speed as I could and realized it was still too late. I couldn't fit under that. Unless...I slid under the gate, barely making it out before it closed.

"All those spy movies payed off." I congratulated myself as I stood on the other side of the exit, people and guards standing on the other side of the black metal bars. I picked up my dress to make it easier to run and made my way down the castle steps and over to where I knew our carriage was. Upon seeing it, I saw that Namjoon who still had the reign of the horses was still there. "Hey I'm really sorry for this!" I stated, making him look at me before I unlatched one of the horses and used the carriage ledge to launch myself onto the saddle of the brown one. Upon looking over, I saw that the gate was now opening back up, and it seemed that all eyes were on me. The only one that mattered though was the one who stood at the center, his gaze piercing through me, a small smile on his lips. I took off as fast as I could, holding onto the reigns of the horse.

I wasn't sure where I wanted to go but I knew it needed to be far from here.

I woke up to the anxious sound of a horse being startled. I sat up a groaned a little. I was at a stable, laying on a hay bale, my dress torn and rumpled, and I'm sure the rest of me wasn't much better. I had ridden through town until I came to what had seemed like an abandoned barn, too tired to continue. After wiping my eyes, I got up to go see what was wrong with the horse, which I had tied to a tree outside.
