(Jimin's POV)
"Isn't there a way to get out of here?" I huffed, trying to find an alternative exit and ended up pulling on the door again.
"It's obviously they put something on the outside of the door so we can't get out, stupid." Yoongi clicked several things on his laptop, not really paying attention to me.
"This is all your fault, you're so annoying." I saw a balled up piece of paper near his trash can and threw it at the back of his head. I was being immature but I didn't care.
"Jimin I'm really trying to retrain myself, for Taehyung and the others since I know they care about you for some odd reason I can't understand. So don't push it." He didn't turn around as he put on his headphones to drown me out. I felt anger building up in my chest but decided my energy was best spent making an escape plan.
I eventually gave up and plopped down next to the door. I pulled out my phone that was on 10% now and quickly became bored when it died.
I walked over to the side of Yoongi's bed to get a charger but there wasn't one in there. He continued tapping on his computer and writing down what I guessed were song lyrics as I approached his set up. He didn't say anything as I took the charger connected to his computer and plugged up my phone. He frowned slightly but didn't object.
"I'm bored, when can I leave?" I groaned loudly but he ignored me. Maybe I can lie and say we've made up? I doubt they'd believe me though. I leaned over his chair to see what he was doing out of boredom. Sure enough there were lyrics to a song. I tried to read them when he shut the book.
"Do you mind?" He asked coldly and held his book away from me. Suddenly the memory flashed in my mind of when he completely tore up and ruined my jacket project. I leaned over and swiped the book from him, much to his dismay. "Jimin!" He shouted as I ran away. He followed me but I ran into his closet and quickly locked it as he banged on the door and yelled obscene things.
I wasn't even sure what I had intended doing with it as I opened the book. There was pages and pages of writing, some with scratched off phrases and little notes written next to certain sections. I flipped to his most recent piece.
[Chorus]
To this day I still
Miss and miss you
To this day I'm still
Encircled by the memories of us together
Had I caught you that day
No, had I stopped you that day
To this day would we
Still be friends? How would it be?[Verse 1]
Dear my friend, how have you been?
I'm doing great, you know, yeah
Dear my friend, I'll be honest
I still freaking hate you
Even now I remember the past days we were together
The time and countless days we went to Daegu together
"With the two of us, the world is nothing scary"
We said, and now we walk two completely different paths, damn
Do you remember those days? Was it at Sinsa?
The conversations we had over soju
The ambition we had of conquering the world
We were young and had big dreams, only twenty
Sudden cutting off contact...I stopped reading. The thoughts of harming the notebook to get revenge dwindled away as I read the personal words. Yoongi was still banging on the door.
"Jimin don't you dare fucking destroy-"
"I'm not." I said softly, closing the book. I looked around his closet for a moment. It was spacious and I was surprised to see as many different outfits as I did because I had only seen him in two different outfits before. Or maybe I just hadn't noticed them. I opened the closet door and he instantly grabbed the worn book from my hands, seeming relieved.
