Chapter 26

  Chapter 26  

   After Seungcheol had last conversed with Hoshi and Woozi it only took about an hour or so for everyone to meet them at the last safehouse. He was hoping that it wouldn't take too much time to give everyone a large overview of things before they headed out to the apartment that Bangtan had set up for them. Though he realized that it was going to take the others a while to pack up all of their stuff and get here. He just hoped that they didn't run into any trouble on the way here. Though he dismissed that thought as soon as he got it. He knew that if he thought about it then something bad is bound to happen. And he didn't want something bad to happen to them. So he just gave up, and decided to get back to making sure that everything was running smoothly, or as smoothly as it could.  

      It was enough to distract him though until the others got there. Which took about an hour in total to get everyone there. The ones who were the closest were Woozi and them so they got there first. He and Doyoon were packing up bags to load into the trunk when he got a text from Woozi that they were outside. He then sent Chan to go and let the rest of them into the warehouse. Not even 5 minutes later the door opened again, revealing Jihoon, Joshua, Jeonghan, Mingyu, Jun, Sammy, and Chan. "Doyoon-Hyung?!" Mingyu asked as he saw the elder standing there. "Hey Mingyu-ah, gosh you've gotten so tall since I've last seen you." He told him. "You all have." He said."Well most of you." Jihoon flipped him off at that and headed over to Wonwoo to plug into his set up. "Ya, you're only like 2 months older than me." Jeonghan said. He let go of poor Chan who he was hugging to death and walked over to the younger August boy and hugged him. "It's good to see you Yoon." He told him. "It's good to see you too Hannie." Doyoon told him. The two of them pulled apart and Joshua came over. "I trust that the two of you have been keeping poor Seungcheol over here out of trouble?" He questioned them. "We try but you know how he is." Joshua told him. "Hey, I thought you two were supposed to be on my side." Seungcheol said as he butted in. The younger two just shrugged at him. Even when they're fighting they still find some way to gain up on him. Great.  

       Seungcheol peered around the three members who were ganging up on him and turned his attention to the rest of the people in the room. Jihoon and Mingyu to see Wonwoo. The former for work related stuff, and the later just to see him. Which left Chan, Jun, and Sammy alone together. The three of them seemed to be catching up with one another when Seungcheol made contact with Sam. The younger ducked his head and moved closer to Jun at that. Seungcheol felt like kicking himself for that. Even after all of these years he still felt a little guilty for Sam leaving. He should have never yelled at him like he did. If he didn't then maybe he would have stuck around longer, or maybe he would have done what Dongjin did and they could have set him up in a school or something. But you can't change the past, and he only hopes that the younger still isn't too mad at him for that.   

    He was able to break away from the rest of the 95-line, though that really wasn't that hard considering that they weren't paying him much attention to begin with, but he digressed. Surprisingly, Jun was the first one to notice him. "Hey Hyung!" He said. "Hey Junnie, hey Sammy." He told them. Seungcheol just smiled at them. "It's good to see you again kid." He told him. Sam just smiled at him. "Yeah, it's.. It's good to be back here with you guys and see everyone again." He told him. He was getting ready to try and apologize to Sam, try and get him to understand that he didn't mean what he said all of those years ago. That he wasn't mad or disappointed at him. He was just scared and worried, he didn't want anything to happen to the younger, he was just a kid then, and he thought of him like his little brother and wanted him to be safe. But before he could do that Mingyu interrupted them. "Hoshi-Hyung and them are here!" He yelled. "Vernon-ah just texted me, he's asking for extra help bringing them in so HaoHao won't kill MingMing!" Seungcheol could only sigh and facepalm. Why him? "Alright then, Mingyu-ah take Wonwoo with you and go out and meet them." He told him. The taller nodded his head and went to grab Wonwoo to go help. Well, that killed that.
