Entrance Exam

~12 years later~
I wake up to my alarm going off. I slapped it and rolled onto my back and stared up at my ceiling.

6:30 already, I thought as I laid there. I couldn't sleep most of the night because I was too nervous about the entrance exam. I ruled my eyes before dragging myself out of bed and to my bathroom. I yawned before looking at myself in the mirror. My mahogany colored hair was sticking up in wierd angles all over the place and my eyes had bags under them from the lack of sleep. I groaned at the sight of myself in the mirror. I grabbed my brush and began the long tedious process of detailing my long hair. It almost reached my butt it was so long, but I loved it when it. After 10 minutes of brushing I gave up and through my hair to one side to braid it into an intricate braid that would lay over my shoulder. I quickly brushed my teeth after and changed my clothes before leaving my room.

I knocked on Izuku's door to see if he was up but there was no answer. I cracked it open and realized he wasn't even in there.

I sighed and closed the door. It wasn't surprising since he hadn't been really home in months except to eat and sleep.  He had been training for the entrance exam. It made me sad to not spend time with my brother but I understood that he why he was working so hard. I mean he had to work harder than everyone else because of his disadvantage, but he never complained.

I hopped down the stairs and could smell mom in the kitchen cooking breakfast.

"Morning mom! Have you seen Zuzu this morning?" I asked as I lend over the counter. " Morning sweety and no I haven't but I know he left early this morning." She said without looking at me. " oh..." I said a little sad. She turned around and placed a plate in front of me. " I'm sure he's fine dear. He is probably just as nervous as you are." I looked up at her with a small smile. " Your probably right. Thanks for breakfast mom." She caressed my cheek. " You both have grown up so fast and I know that one day you both will be extraordinary heros." I felt happy tears prick my eyes ad I leaned into her hand. " Thanks mom." She nodded and wiped a stay tear away as the front door opened.

Izuku came around the corner covered in sweat. " Good morning. I need to take a quick shower before the exam." Me and mom mumbled a good morning as he dashed upstairs. " I better make him some food." Mom said as she turned back to the stove. I stared after my big brother for another moment before beginning to eat.

By the time Izuku made his way back down the stairs, I had finished my breakfast and was already cleaning the dishes. He sat down at the table and began eatting quickly. I called out to him. "So Zuzu, where were you this morning?" He looked up from his food just as I rounded the counter. Quickly chewing his bite before answering. "I was getting some last minute training in before the exam." Continued to eat the last few bites on his plate. I cringed. " Zuzu.... dont you think your pushing yourself a bit to hard?" He paused before standing and taking his plate to the sink. "I'm fine, y/n. I promise. I just couldnt sleep and went for a run." I smirked. " I know the feeling. No matter what happens today, I want you to know that you are still the kindest and heroic big brother on the planet. And I'm very proud of you." He turned and smiled brightly at me. " Thanks Sis." I chuckled and my eyes drifted to the clock. " Oh crap we better get a move on."

We both yelled a rushed good bye to mom before racing eachother to UA. We stood there in awe as we surveyed the front of the campus. Until a familiar voice made us turn around. " So you two actually showed up." We watched as Bakugou walked up. I smirked at him. " Of course. Did you expect us to chicken out, Suki?" He cut his eyes over at me. " tch... You extras just better stay out of my way." He pushed past me roughly and headed inside. I rolled my eyes as I stared at his retreating back. He always knew how to get my blood boiling. I turned to Izuku and did a little wave. "I guess we better get going to Zuzu." He smiled brightly and determined. " Right." However his step was not as confident because he tripped over himself and began to fall forward. Before either of us could move though a girl with short brown hair touch Izuku and he stopped in midair. " Sorry for not asking first but I didn't think you would mind if I caught you with my quirk." Izuku stammered over a mumbled thank you as he righted himself. " Well anyways Good luck in there." She said as she bounded towards the doors and Izuku just stood there like an idiot staring after her. I shoved him lightly before teasing him. " ooooh, Zuzu you lady killer." He snapped back and blushed. " It's not like that y/n. Let's just get inside."
