My brother's best friend

MIGUEL!

I woke up the next morning in someone's arms with a blanket covering me, I looked up and saw Hawk laying with me in my bed, I snuggled back into his arms.

At the moment I didn't care about what he had done, I knew he was probably hurting from the things Demitri said about him. 

"Good morning princess," he said softly 

I smiled a little "Hi" I said shyly still resting in his arms

"do you feel alright Olivia?"

"Yeah I guess, I don't wanna go back to school today" I groaned 

He laughed "I know neither do I" He sat up and looked at me seriously "we need to talk" 

I nodded "I know"

"You said a lot of things last night, one of them I can't stop thinking about, you said that you were scared of me" He started to cry and I hugged him

"I was scared I was trying to get you to back off and you threw me into a table," I said quietly "I didn't know what happened you told me you would never hurt me and it was like someone else had taken you over"

He started sobbing "Olivia I'm so so sorry I never wanted to hurt you I don't know what happened to me" 

"I know, I love you, Hawk, and I know you someone got in your head"

He held me tightly "It will never happen again," he said kissing my hand 

"I forgive you Hawk" 

He smiled and kissed me "Good because I don't know if I could go on without you" 

Hawk, Miguel, and I walked to school together. 

"Olivia I want you to forgive me for not seeing how terrible people were being," Miguel said "I miss my best friend and I  love you petite soeur (little sister)" 

I smiled "who taught you french" 

"Hawk" 

I giggled 

The three of us entered school. 

"Have you heard back from Tory?" I asked 

"No, she's still MIA" 

"I'm sorry"

Hawk and I had our first class together so he held my hand while we went there. 

"Finally we begin another Academic year," someone said over the intercom "It's important to remember to be tolerant and excepting of all of our peers regardless"

There was a huge crash over the intercom and a sound of a struggle 

"No give it back, you can't be in here, ow" the girl said 

It was all quiet for a second and I felt sick 

"Samantha LaRusso," A voice said "You know what you did and now you are going to pay for it" there was a sickening pause "I'M COMING FOR YOU BITCH" 

I grabbed Hawks's hand I was scared Tory was insane and we didn't know what she was capable of. 

Hawk and I ran down the hall I was terrified I didn't want Sam to get hurt she was such a good friend to me. 

Tory and Sam circled each other in the hallway Tory was trying to stare Sam down but she was strong we needed Miguel but he wasn't here yet. 

Tory continued to circle looking for a place to strike, Robbie appeared out of breath.
