William had no guilt, nor regret for what he did exactly ten minutes ago. He had managed to not spill any blood on himself, though he could not say the same for the surroundings.
William smiles to himself, dropping the knife he had used into a hole. He picked up the shovel, which he had bought earlier from a nearby store.
He begins to bury the knife, not in a rush. Sure, he was afraid that this would come back to haunt him once again, like what had happened in Freddy's...
No, that's in the past. I'll be more careful this time. William thinks to himself, his eyebrows furrowing. He finally puts the last of the dirt onto the pile, and he wipes his forehead, still holding the shovel. He weighed the chances of someone finding this shovel in a lake, which were at a medium level.
"Would've been easier if I had just worn gloves," William complains quietly to himself, now walking out of the forest he had entered to bury said knife. Maybe he could wipe his fingerprints off of it? Or at least make it harder to get his fingerprints on it with some bleach or cleaner. People cleaned their shovels every once-in-a-while, right?
William decided he would just throw the shovel into a big enough lake.

The police officer who had stayed to keep investigating was Tyler Jacobs. He regretted saying he would stay.
    The murder scene was gruesome.
There was blood everywhere, and no sign of a murder weapon.
"Smart bastard." Tyler mumbles, shaking his head, feeling a bit nauseous. The whole family had been murdered, with what looked like a knife. Even the family pet, a small golden retriever. There were no signatures or a murder style Tyler recognized, so this was a complete blank for him.
Tyler had no idea what to do now.
He had heard from one of his co-workers that there had been another murder the town next to this one. Tyler hadn't been sure what to think of it, but now he was noticing that both were messily done and with a knife.
Tyler stands in front of the living room, a woman strewn across the couch. He drew in a shaky breath, making his way to the front door.
Sure, he had seen many things in his career, but this? This bothered him.
He never wanted to see anything like this ever again.

William already knew that the police had been called. Mostly because a woman had seen him walking towards her with a bloodied knife.
He assumed a neighbor had heard and called the police, which then lead William to hurry it up and run out. Which was a shame, he would've liked to stay a bit longer.
William was a bit surprised that (Y/N) and Spring Bonnie hadn't called the police. But he knew somewhat how Spring Bonnie was, and how would Spring Bonnie explain he knew? Tell them he was with William?
William makes a small chuckle, not knowing where he was or where a lake was. It was still nice to walk around and enjoy his surroundings for a little bit. He had been stuck in a suit for a long time, not being able to do much but watch what Spring Bonnie saw and did. Which wasn't much.
William never really knew why he preferred the Spring Bonnie suit over the FredBear or Spring Freddy suit. It was quite weird when he really thought about it. But he wasn't going to get into that, he had other things to think about.
Like how he was gonna get Spring Bonnie away from (Y/N) for long enough.
